Once again.. 30 minute wait for chicken. ALL YOU SELL IS CHICKEN!!!!!!! I’ve never had more issues with any fast food place in this world than I’ve had with this KFC.Out of chicken.. fried chicken.. the chicken in your name… I give up. I don’t know what to say. Absolutely ridiculous. Pathetic. Irresponsible. Delinquent. Ignorant.

Horrible. Horrible horrible. I tried to call when they forgot half my order and they picked up and hung up on me and then the phone was literally busy the rest of the night like it was off the hook. So since I live outside of Bloomington I wasn't able to drive back to the store to get the rest of my dinner. I was trying to feed my family. I had to call corporate and they still didn't resolve the issue at hand.

Ordered original chicken on app, got home and realized they gave me crispy. Order supposed to come with 4 biscuits. Were not in bag when I got, there. Had to wait 4 minutes for employees to notice I needed something so I could ask for them. They just don't care if orders are correct or not. I tried to call store and their phone is off the hook. So annoying!!!!!!

Drive-thru visit---Ordered the 3 pc Biggie box. Biscuit was so hard it literally crumbled. Not even my dog wanted to eat a piece of it. Mac n chz was slightly burned. Other food items were okay.Despite food being mediocre, this location had some pretty good customer service. Food was out quick.
