Charged us $10 per person upon entry. We realized the place was packed to the point of no hope for any reasonable quality of service, left promptly, and staff denied us any refund despite us leaving within 5 minutes of arriving and utilizing no services. DO NOT COME ON A WEEKEND NIGHT - YOU WILL BE SCAMMED.

I spent my Senior year of college at this place and probably spent over 1k along the way here. Wouldn’t trade it for anything. Kilroys is so beauty. Shoutout the Hoosiers and the class of 24 baby

None of what I'm about to say applies to bartender Alec Hines. He is an awesome personality behind the bar, knows his drinks, and goes out of his way to make a good experience for employees and patrons alike. Kevin Farrell is also a fantastic employee here.

Kilroy's on Kirkwood fails at being a bar on all levels of operation. You will have fun because you are drunk, like it or not. The facility and employees often rely on this fact:

Multiple areas of the facility smell like vomit. In fact, they permanently do. According to employees, "it's impossible to get."

The bartenders aren't bartenders. Ordering anything beyond a vodka cranberry is met with confusion and an awkward waiting period. Their draft beer lines rarely work, so good luck if you want a Miller Lite instead of a cup full of rail liquor.

Only come here if you plan on getting wasted. Once, I ordered a gin and tonic, only to get a cup of ice and gin and a hesitant splash of soda water, no lime. Disappointed, I take my gin ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶t̶o̶n̶i̶c̶ on the rocks to another bartender, and I ask for a lime. She makes a fuss out of it, and with a glare and disgustingly condescending tone, reports that she is "happy my problem could be solved."*

*NOTE: It is a problem if your drink is not the drink that you ordered.

You were closed for spring break. We came here as alumni to go to Roy’s. Miss the old owners.

Allie W was the best bottle girl I ever had. Was my last weekend in Bloomington and they treated me with the best respect and helped my table have the best time. I would recommend her anytime you ever have a table. She was so helpful with every question and bottle I had for the night.

One of my all-time favorites. There is always someone celebrating something and the attitude is the more, the better the party. It's also a great place to celebrate with family or just hangout. I highly recommend the burger dilla and everyone has to try the Dr. Pepper shots at least once.

The famous breadsticks were out of stock at 7:00pm on a game day and there was no wine available. Restrooms were in sad shape.

We stopped here to grab a drink while wondering around. Seemed like a good place to hang out.

The staff were super attentive and friendly which is why it’s 2 and not 1 star but everything else about KOK has changed for the worse. The seating is just awful now, they took out tons of booths so now it’s stand and lean almost entirely inside. The outdoor seating was weirdly tight and not comfortable. The drinks are definitely smaller, I remember when they made long islands in a small pitcher, now they’re made in cups the size of Pizza X. Also, it was a Friday night and I know it was summer but we went when they opened at 9 and the kitchen was closed? We literally just wanted long islands with an order of bread sticks for old times sake but I guess that’s not possible on Friday’s anymore? The upstairs was also not open. Overall, pretty disappointing, won’t be back, not like it used to be.
