All three of their signs said open and it was 2 hours until scheduled to close, but the door was locked. I knocked and there was someone inside but she shooed me away.
Korea Restaurant is amazing!!!!! I came here once & I LOVE this place!!! The service was superb. I believe it was the owner of the place, but she was super sweet and really understanding. She treats each customer as if they are her children. So sweet š„¹ The food was also DELICIOUS!! 1000/10 recommend.

I wasnāt expecting great Korean food in the heart of a Midwest college town but thatās what we got. We came midweek for lunch in the summer and donāt was empty. Food was authentic and delicious. We got the seafood pancake and the spicy pork Galbijjim.
Will admit it was a lot more pricey than a college town sub. But worth it.

Very great place! I drove out of town for this restaurant. Will do it again soon ā¤ļø.
Our little family loves this restaurant. Everything's the best! We love the food, the staff, and especially the owner. Very hands on to their customers. This is our no.1 go to place.
I use to love this place never had a problem with the orders or nothing, but the past few times I have called my order in and they have gotten it wrong every time, and this last time they got it wrong everything was so screwed up it was like I got someone elseās order, so I called and complained about it, they said next time I placed a order to give them my name and they would make sure I was not charged for it, so today I called and got the order, got their to pick it up and they made me pay for it after just talking to them on the phone placing my order confirming I did not have to pay, and the order was atleast right this time, but it was cold, so this will be the last time they get my service it is ridiculous the way this place has went downhill.
Awesome cozy spot with a spotless bathroom, incredibly friendly wait-staff, and delicious food!
The kimchi soup I was served was super salty and did not have a rich kimchi flavor. I could tell that the soup base was not as flavorful because whenever I did not dip my spoon in for a minute, all the spices in the broth separated.
The inside of the restaurant smelled old and musty and was kind of off putting to the whole eating experience.
However, the service was good and the workers here are very kind. I would come here if youāre new to Korean food and are wanting more mild flavors.

Authentic with a good variety of dishes.
Loved it. As close to Korean home cooking you will find in South Indiana.
I just love this place.
I really enjoyed the hot stone bowl with banchan! Service was friendly, parking was easy and nearby or street side.

My partner and I wanted to go to Marco and Polo restaurant yesterday but Google map didnāt show they were booked. Since we did the long drive to Bloomington, we decided to go to a Korean Restaurant nearby. The name is Korea Restaurant and food is authentic and price is quite right for current economy and if you order fried dumpling 6 piece, you get to have all these other cool things with it. We ordered chicken teriyaki and beef bulgogi. The server is a Korean guy and he is extremely down to earth, approachable, and nice. I am glad we ended up with such an elevated experience despite the unfortunate incident.
It was my first time in an authentic Korean restaurant and I had watched lots of Korean TV series in my early twenties and I love how people make kimchi in their house. This kimchi was super delicious compared to what I used to buy at international markets.
Besides the kimchi, the most delicious pieces were cucumber in the vinegar sauce and then the fried vegetables dumplings.
Highly suggest their outdoor sitting.
