On pickup orders this Kroger location has been shorting customer items and still charging customers for good not recieved, AND THEN REFUSING TO GIVE REFUNDS!!
Make sure to physically confirm all items are included at pickup because otherwise this Kroger will steal from you.

What I am saying about Kroger first of all would be true for most locations I have ever shopped at. The selection has always been good and the customer can expect they are going to find what they are looking for. The employees are helpful and do the best they can. What I like about this location is that it is so easy to get to and it is in a very desirable spot in the city it is in.

Went to this store today to get my flu shot, which I scheduled an online appointment for last week. Arrived at 2:00 (my appointment time) and at 2:20 I asked the pharmacist to give me my shot. He said he had to fill prescriptions and I had to wait. I reminded him I had an appointment, and he still refused to help me. After he was rude, told me to go to a different Kroger for it, and that I should call the 800 Kroger number I left and got my shot at Target in minutes with no appointment. They also gave me a $5 off coupon. Why do you let customers schedule appointments you have no intention of keeping?

When opened, it was awesome. I’ve been going there every week since opening. However I’ve noticed that under the current management, the quality has gone down dramatically every month, specifically in the recent yrs. I have numerous complaints, but in order to keep things short, I’ll focus on the three worst problems: cleanliness, employee quality and the degradation of the physical store. 1st, the store is always dirty.
