I went to the Jackson Creek Kroger pharmacy to pick up my medcine at 2:30pm on a Thursday. They were closed! No sign, no nothing - just closed! How unprofessional.I guess I really didn't need those life-saving meds...

What I am saying about Kroger first of all would be true for most locations I have ever shopped at. The selection has always been good and the customer can expect they are going to find what they are looking for. The employees are helpful and do the best they can. What I like about this location is that it is so easy to get to and it is in a very desirable spot in the city it is in.

I'm currently standing in line here. They only have 2 lines open. This happens frequently - they depend mainly on the self check out, but for those of us doing a lot of shopping, that doesn't work well. In the past after waiting in line I always also have to bag my own groceries. They should open more lines -the wait here is always ridiculous. If there were better shopping options in town I'd be there instead of here.

This place locks all but one door - which is against fire code and closes all their lanes (see pic). Being greedy during Covid is really taking a toll on their service.
Thumbs down for this pharmacy! Saturday morning only the inside is open with 1 cashier! They have an outside window which is optimal given the global pandemic but they choose to not open it? Left the pharmacy and called and it literally rang for 10 minutes! No answer! Go to CVS!

The staff don't wear masks all the time and they allow un-masked customers to run free. They refuse to do anything. If you want a safe shopping environment, just go down the street to Target.

I don't know what's happening inside the store these days, due to COVID. But, they've done a really good job with their pick-up orders. I appreciate the option, and it seems very streamlined. Store staff has come out both times wearing masks. And, my order has been done right. Thanks!!

Biggest and fanciest Kroger I've ever been to. I love their bakery and sweets section, as well as the several indoor eateries they provide. Best grocery store in Bloomington. Only took off a star for the rude service I've received at the pharmacy.

I go to this Kroger frequently. I like that it has a wide variety of things, items not usually found at a grocery store, so allows me to get most everything I need without having to go to Target or CVS. It also has a lot of unusual or uncommon items not found at other Kroger's. But, it almost never fails that they are out of so many common things. It is very frustrating. Today They we're out of:All almond milkAll cheese slicesAll baconAll cartons of any kind of broth All "veggie" chips and strawsAll celery These are what I can remember off the top of my head just from today.
