The teas are tasty but I have had several poor interactions with the staff in the past few months, ranging from incorrect orders (ordering in person) to feeling unwelcome in asking questions about the teas (receiving very curt answers and no assistance in finding other similar menu items that do meet my preferences).

We always go to Bloomington location every time we go to Timberidge because u love their bobba. The staff there is so not friendly at all. Especially the lady. I don’t know if she hates her job, but please be nice!!! My son is just looking at her small figurine on her cash register and she said that is personal and she doesn’t want my son to touch it. If she doesn’t want that figurine to be touch she needs to put a sign “DO NOT TOUCH” my son felt so ashamed for what she did. I will never coming back to that location again even though I love their bobba. I hope the owner will train them how to be nice to customers. That makes your business grow because of the customer.

This is the worst kungfu ive ever been the owners are extreamly inflexable and wont sell you just a small scoop of boba for your kids even if you yourself are also getting a drink. They make money either way except this time i walked out. This is the only boba shop that tries to dictate how you get your drink AND if they mess up your drink they will not remake it even if its their fault . Absolute trash owners and trash establishment .

I absolutely love king fu tea! The atmosphere is really cute and quaint and everyone in there is an absolute sweetheart. Their drinks are phenomenal and well worth the cost which is the cheapest in town for boba. If you have not been, I highly recommend their strawberry lemonade with strawberry popping pearls. It’s the best lemonade I’ve ever had!❤️

Staff was friendly and the tea was quite good. Different than what I'd had before, but better somehow. Less juice tasting and more brewed tea flavor. Yummy.
Oh and the popping boba didn't immediately pop when it hit the straw, +1 for that.
