Food was good, staff is attentive and friendly.I ordered the hanger steak and it arrived as I had ordered it (medium rare), but it was served on a very hot cast iron pan that would have overcooked it, and my plate was already full with rice and salad. Thankfully, the chips were on wax paper inside a metal serving dish, so I was able to remove the chips in the wax paper and place the steak on the metal dish.It would have been nice if an extra plate was routinely brought out so...

Just had a delish lunch at La Charreada in Bloomington! ? The atmosphere was alive with great music, and the service was impressively fast. The chips and queso were the perfect start - absolutely delicious! ? And the steak fajita taco salad? Simply the best. ?? La Charreada is definitely the top spot for Mexican cuisine in Bloomington, though shoutout to El Ranchero for being a super close second!

I have been going here many years and each time it's a reminder of why I keep coming back.
Vegetarian options: I'm not vegan so I enjoy the Chiles poblanos.Next time I'm going to ask for the sauce on top cause it's sweet and tops it off for me
