Listen. I am a college student who has went to food truck Monday at the IMU every single time because I know that this food truck will be there. These burritos are literally to die for. Visited at food truck Friday and really enjoyed the food! The burritos are $10 and pretty well stuffed though the real start is actually the burrito shell itself. It’s either homemade or bought from the right place because it’s delicious! The pollo tamale is $4 and not worth it in my opinion. A bit bland and dry. The chips and guac are excellent, especially the guacamole. Would come again!
Excellent service with a super quick turn around. Food was ready within seconds of paying! Tacos are appropriately portioned and are truly authentic. I recommend carnitas but they’re all good!Make sure to get the salsa verde. It’s delicious and not too spicy!
