Enjoyed my house ramen (must add chili sauce) with extra veggies. The house made noodles are ?. And the super fruit green tea is delicious and refreshing- it’s served with melon, lemon, lime. My husband has enjoyed the pineapple and strawberry smoothies as well.

Lan ramen has a nice looking restaurant with really good fried dumplings but as far as the ramen I had it was pretty below average. I got the beef ramen which has hand made ramen noodles, cilantro, and beef. The broth really just tastes like hot water mixed with cilantro or in other words (bland), and although it’s not a bad thing, it does lack in flavor. This is one of those ramens you have to mix the soy sauce and red chili spices they have on the table to enhance the bowl. If you’re into that.

I highly recommend the beef noodles and it was very authentic Lanzhou style. The zhajiangmian comes in relatively small portions though.

This is my favorite place to eat in town! Chef makes hand made noodles for every bowl of ramen and it’s my favorite boba place!

If you want fresh boba drinks and not made of syrup, this is the place to go. Fresh fruit and great tea. I love the watermelon drink with aloe boba.

1. Service was pleasant and prompt. Very personable. 10/10

2. The fried chicken dumplings here are phenomenal. So good I had two orders.

3. The ramen was just okay. They do seem to use homemade noodles, as advertised. The brisket was tender and flavorful, but the broth was bland and carrots were undercooked. Fortunately, they leave chili oil and soy sauce on the table so you can improve the taste, but that really should be served ready to go.

4. If you like traditional purple taro milktea recommend avoiding the crushed taro (tasted like cheese). Disregarding the crushed taro, I was able to tell their milk tea was good quality.

I had a terribly disappointing experience at this ramen. The broth lacked any depth of flavor and the meat was tough and flavorless. Even the noodles were unpalatable. For $11, you'd expect at least a decent portion of meat and noodles, but all I got was a tiny amount, with no vegetables whatsoever. This place doesn't even come close to authentic Lanzhou Ramen.

On top of the subpar food, the decor is unattractive and lacks any ambiance you'd expect from a noodle joint.

There's hardly any staff, so good luck getting anyone's attention. I waited ages just to place my order and couldn't even find someone to ask for extra napkins.

But the worst part? No parking. You're forced to pay $6 at the nearby parking lot just to eat here.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place. It's overpriced for the dismal quality of food and lack of atmosphere.

It was delicious! Hand stretched noodles. Smooth texture throughout, dough well worked. The broth has the perfect amount of salt and fat, coats the noodles perfectly. Now I am ready for a nap!

Pretty good local ramen experience. Their ramen noodles have great texture and the broth is delicious. They have a sampler platter for all the various ramen meats (with a side of a vinegar-type sauce) that's a good app to try to see what ramen bowel you'd like. The dumpling were the perfect chewy texture as well. Finally, I tried their oreo-based aqua tea and it was well-balanced and not too sweet (plus the oreo bits gave it a good mouth feel). I definitely recommend trying them at least once.
