Great food in a cozy store. Can get a bit noisy if it's packed but the service is fast so the turnover usually keeps it pretty chill. Very friendly staff.

We were reluctant to go here due a few negative reviews. But it was a great location. And turned out good! We both had veggie ramen. I added chicken. The broth was a little bland but still tasty. The one negative is that there weren't very many vegetables. But that's an easy fix to just ask for more. Service was great and it was fun to watch the noodles be made.

Lan ramen has a nice looking restaurant with really good fried dumplings but as far as the ramen I had it was pretty average. I got the beef ramen which has hand made ramen noodles, cilantro, and beef. The broth really just tastes like hot water mixed with cilantro and although it's not a bad thing, it does lack in flavor or in other words (bland). This is one of those ramens you have to mix the soy sauce and red chili spices they have on the table to enhance the bowl. If you're big into what I think is Chinese cuisine, you might like this place.

Throw up 3 times and had a very bad stomachache. End up I had to go to ER for food poison after eating at this place.

This place is amazing! Fantastic noodles and quality bubble tea. The ramen is fantastic with fresh noodles with hot soup poured over. I had the vegetable ramen and the veggies were crisp and fresh and delicious. The spicy sauce at the table is a red pepper chili oil and it's exactly what ramen needs. And the bubble tea has fresh citrus slices and chewy perfectly cooked boba. I'd live in this place if I could. Epic.

The food was delicious! I got the beef, chicken, and shrimp ramen with extra noodles. The noodles are amazing!! We also got the pork bun and fried dumplings. The pork bun was so delicious and so flavorful, the dumplings were just okay, in my opinion.

To start the service here is amazing! The staff is so nice and attentive. The fried dumplings were so good! Highly recommend! All three of us got a different ramen and we all enjoyed it a lot! Two of us thought it was a little bland, but adding soy sauce and the spicy sauce on the table made it taste perfect! We also all got different bobas and we all loved them! Very, very reasonably priced ramen and boba for being homemade right in front of you! The restaurant is clean and very cute inside!

Pretty good local ramen experience. Their ramen noodles have great texture and the broth is delicious. They have a sampler platter for all the various ramen meats (with a side of a vinegar-type sauce) that's a good app to try to see what ramen bowel you'd like. The dumpling were the perfect chewy texture as well. Finally, I tried their oreo-based aqua tea and it was well-balanced and not too sweet (plus the oreo bits gave it a good mouth feel). I definitely recommend trying them at least once.

If you've seen my first review: food keeps getting better, also tried the bubble tea and can confirm it's FIRE. Boba was very Q. Also I really liked the taro milk tea, as they use real taro, and I'm usually a taro boba hater.

The ramen was okay, not bad, but I’ve definitely had better. Service was pretty solid though and the boba was good.

3.5 starsI was talked up about this place and the hand pulled noodles. I thought they were good but not memorable, something about the texture or lack of seasoning. Place was very clean and staff was nice.

Real, authentic ramen. You literally get to see a guy make it behind the window as he pulls the noodles into thinner strands. The broth alone is aromatherapy, and the flavors are breathtaking. The noodles are a special dough that is indescribable. Service is attentive but not obnoxious like most restaurants, which I appreciate. There is a nearby public parking lot. I recommend downloading the Parkmobile app for the meter access as this is downtown. My only criticism is their tea maker is very loud and all the noise bounce off the walls. Otherwise this is a fun and interesting place to have authentic asian cuisine!

Noodles are authentic. Handmade, you can see them making them. Dumplings are very authentic too. Polite, clean service. Will come back often for great authentic food.
