I know the owner he goes around to local food banks for the poor like mother hubers and others and gets all the food he can for free that's mention for people in need then he basis his menu on what he was able to get. That's why his menu always changes and serves the food at a high cost and trys to say it's all fresh. Not to mention I have been in his kitchen and it's filthy. I use to work in the restaurant industry and know first hand he should have been shut down years ago.

The best experience in town. The food is always splendid, and the company too! Cozy inside and out.

What a unique little place! I went there for a Sunday brunch. There were no menus - the server brought us a 3-course meal (a plate with salad, pastry and a quiche), beef and mushroom stew, and a desert! And we had coffees too. We paid ~$35+ tips for all of it! A perfect spot if you are open to new restaurant experiences.

Wonderful brunch, very authentic compared to our many trips around France. The owners were very kind and the service was great! This mom and pop place was very kid friendly for our family of 5, but I could see it also being romantic and cozy for a date night.

Bloomington's most charming couple own and operate this delightful restaurant out of their beautiful home downtown. We never miss their window service along the B-Line during the Farmer's Market!

(not pictured - a steaming bowl of fish lasagna. It disappeared too quick) These folks do NOT mess around. The trio of starters, perfectly balanced flavors and textures, mushroom umami flavors more intense than I've ever experienced. I hope I'm back in town on a Sunday again soon so I can stop by, an unforgettable lunch experience.

Vegetarian options: Server asks the table for any food restrictions, they were able to offer another option for the entree, which was the only non-vegetarian course

We arranged a private dinner for 7, and it was wonderful. This couple puts so much love into their food and it felt like we were eating in someone’s home. Great food, wonderful people.

A wonderfully quaint restaurant, the owners/chefs are both extremely polite and jovial and the food is some of the best I've had in Btown.

Come hungry!!We came for Sunday brunch. We were sat and served a 3 course meal for $15 a person. There was no menu. Everyone is served the same thing. The food was phenomenal. It was flavorful and came in moderate portions. We were quite satisfied and left with full tummies. The atmosphere is quaint and quite European imho.Would highly recommend for brunch.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid/baby friendly

Dietary restrictions: They accommodate for dietary restrictions, but gave some flack to a group near us who couldn't eat dairy.
