I have always enjoyed Lennies and go often. I would say that the pizza is my favorite but then realize that the sandwiches and frankly everything on the menu is just as awesome. Whenever my grandchildren come to town they always want to go to Lennies. Great menu for children and they love putting their hands on the big and warm white ball that is the oven. And then when you get the check you also get Hershey's Kisses. It just can't be beat.
We heard great things from several people and read positive reviews but sadly we never had the chance to try the food. Host was very polite and seated us immediately. our server was very nice as well however the kitchen got overwhelmed with the large parties and after waiting a significant amount of time we had to leave. The owner and manager did follow up with us to apologize. We are impressed that they cared enough to follow up. They clearly care about their customers and this...
We have enjoyed Lennies and especially under the new ownership over the last two years. This restaurant is run thoughtfully, with locally sourced food, and has empowered their staff to proactively fix something that isn't right.
