Driver through cashier was friendly, only thing is that I only want my wife callling me hon. Food was a disaster, a real disaster, cold food, nothing hot, fish smaller, it was really bad. We will not be back. Other LJS make things fresh alot of times. This tasted like microwave food. Just nasty. Fries were nasty. We through most of it away.

They forgot every single sauce. The receipt was taped to the bag with all of the sauces listed. Unless there was an issue with literacy, any reasonable person hired to do a job they are being paid for, would scan down the receipt to make sure all was in the bag before sealing it up. Incompetence is becoming the norm, and I’m tired.

Long John's has been a favorite of mine since I was a kid (back before the turn of the century...) and remains an occasional guilty pleasure. I love all that deep fried fish with plenty of crispies, a splash of malt vinegar, and a couple of sides. Slaw and their excellent green beans are the best!
Very good and inexpensive, I've never had a bad experience at this restaurant.

Made us pay for extra packs of tarter sauce when he only gave us 4 packets and we ordered 2 meals. Also, the dude is making our food without gloves. What is going on?! So ridiculous when you have been going to Long John's for over 35 years. These just are going down heels without having a gm come in and make sure everything is being done properly. I could and may call the health department for handling food with no gloves. I might as well as put my bare hands in your mouth without gloves working in the dental field. Do better! We pay for the food!
