Yes, its greasy, yes, its expensive. But its long john silvers. They never claimed to be cheap. But you know what? While everyone else is changing recipes, Long Johns still has that great same flavor they had in the 90s with the original tarter sauce. Yes they made a mistake years ago changing their tarter, but they went back to the original flavor.

Staff is always very helpful and friendly, the workers seem to get along very well and help each other as needed. They listen to any concerns I seldom have that could potentially improve a customers visit, for example the type of music and volume, as well as tone of voice used by staff.
I can be totally open and honest with the managers and the general manager and they listen in order to improve, instead of being offended like a lot of places.

We order from Long John's all the time and Love it, but we Don't like that u got rid of the regular fries, we Love the regular French fries and we put malt vinegar on them. Please switch back to regular fries and get rid of the waffle fries. Thanks and God Bless
