Long John's has been a favorite of mine since I was a kid (back before the turn of the century...) and remains an occasional guilty pleasure. I love all that deep fried fish with plenty of crispies, a splash of malt vinegar, and a couple of sides. Slaw and their excellent green beans are the best!
Drive thru. Columbus Indiana closed. Was in Bloomington and this is the place I chose. Didn’t know they served waffle fries but that’s ok. Fish chicken and hush puppies were good.
I Previously had a good rating for this location. But today when I went there they gave me an old piece of fish that was oil logged and really dark in color and I told her oh no I'm not taking this so she went to get me another piece of fish but I was telling her that I wanted a fresh fried piece and she told me that they couldn't do that. That they were too busy today. I think we should be able to get fresh fried fish if we ask for it and we're willing to wait...
