This place is great for a quick bite. Their sandwiches are delicious and I really like the sides. The service is what really set it apart from a typical fast food place. Friendly staff and meals carried out to you. I really appreciate receiving an entire order all at once no matter our group size. I hate eating when someone hasn't received their food when it's all placed together. Place is always clean too.

The staff are all younger and very much glued to there phones and all alternative I didn't like the fact I didn't see any normal people working here just kind makes me worry about the quality and cleanliness of the food and kitchen to be honest the food was tasty and good but the coffee is just over watered down and the machine needs cleaning out you can always tell from the taste !! It's not a bad place just would be nice to see a better quality of staff working there !!

McAlister’s is a MUST TRY! Today I snacked on their Pecanberry salad and grilled chicken club. The salad was simply amazing, and I’m not a salad gal. I washed my food down with their sweet tea. The tea was perfected as well, sweet but didn’t taste like tons of sugar.
Hospitality is great and the restaurant was clean.
I’m from NYC and will miss this place! Please come to NYC!!!!
Why is it that you advertise having a certain type of soup but yet it is never available. Either put it in all store or none at all.

So I ordered a club sandwich and this is what I received compared to what I should of received,this was 16$I was from out of town and will not return.

My wife ordered food and it was incorrectly made by night shift. We called spoke to a manager first thing the next day. Manager said he needed to wait for his GM to make a decision. The GENERAL MANAGER blew us off the entire day, and we called 4 times. She was very rude and short with my wife. We spent 30 bucks at this place, and she wanted to send a gift card for 10 bucks. We declined and told her we had pictures of our food and how horribly put together it was, and the GM insisted on see the pictures of the food. We emailed it to her and she saw the food. No apologies she just said be here before 4pm today or I won't make it! I won't spend my money here again, and suggest you do the same! I guess being rude to guest is part of her role as the GENERAL MANAGER!

Always good food and good service. I love the tortilla soup , not a fan of the fact that they cut back on chips to only 4 or 5 and got rid of bread bowls. I feel like they are trying to put me on a low-carb diet by taking away the good food. However, the soup is still amazing, so I still give it five stars. They've recently remodeled the inside of the restaurant, and it's so much more open. It looks great!
