Why is it that you advertise having a certain type of soup but yet it is never available. Either put it in all store or none at all.

My wife ordered food and it was incorrectly made by night shift. We called spoke to a manager first thing the next day. Manager said he needed to wait for his GM to make a decision. The GENERAL MANAGER blew us off the entire day, and we called 4 times. She was very rude and short with my wife. We spent 30 bucks at this place, and she wanted to send a gift card for 10 bucks. We declined and told her we had pictures of our food and how horribly put together it was, and the GM insisted on see the pictures of the food. We emailed it to her and she saw the food. No apologies she just said be here before 4pm today or I won't make it! I won't spend my money here again, and suggest you do the same! I guess being rude to guest is part of her role as the GENERAL MANAGER!

Always good food and good service. I love the tortilla soup , not a fan of the fact that they cut back on chips to only 4 or 5 and got rid of bread bowls. I feel like they are trying to put me on a low-carb diet by taking away the good food. However, the soup is still amazing, so I still give it five stars. They've recently remodeled the inside of the restaurant, and it's so much more open. It looks great!

ordered the pick 2 for lunch chicken caesar wrap and potato soup the wrap was a joke! It was not even close to being a half. That was a waste of money!!!!! Will not order again!

Easy to give this deli 5 stars for freshness friendliness and flavor!! I was saddened that the last 2 times I ordered to go, my club sandwiches came without my pickle on the side. Although the sandwich was delicious as always, I look forward to my deli pickles on the side! Small issue I know, but when it's on the menu this way, you look forward to it!! Just a girl who loves pickles!🥒🥒🥒
I dont know what was up with the service today, but I had to repeat my order at least 4 times to the guy taking my order. I asked for a justaspud with veggie chili and a black angus spud and the guy puts in veggie spud and gets the other spud correct. The guy didn't repeat back, so I assumed he put the order in. I check my receipt and I told him again that I wanted the spud with veggie chili, then he told the people making it that I wanted it with chili. Again, I said veggie chili.
The order then comes out and the other guy brings it out, then I see that it has regular chili on it. He then says that it is veggie chili. It was obvious that it was not veggie, it was the regular kind.
He brings it back and I can all hear the employees bickering about my order. I usually have a great experience at this McCalister's.
Ok experience, food prices have skyrocketed, portions are smaller.

I really enjoyed a Chicken Caesar wrap 2 other times in the last few months but was sorely disappointed with the one I ordered earlier this week. It just wasn't the same and just bland. I had really been happy to have found a favorite place to eat in Bloomington but will have to try other places.Funny thing is, the steamed broccoli was the best I have ever eaten. Very very fresh and tasty. Very sweet and helpful server.
