This place is great for a quick bite. Their sandwiches are delicious and I really like the sides. The service is what really set it apart from a typical fast food place. Friendly staff and meals carried out to you. I really appreciate receiving an entire order all at once no matter our group size. I hate eating when someone hasn't received their food when it's all placed together. Place is always clean too.

The staff are all younger and very much glued to there phones and all alternative I didn't like the fact I didn't see any normal people working here just kind makes me worry about the quality and cleanliness of the food and kitchen to be honest the food was tasty and good but the coffee is just over watered down and the machine needs cleaning out you can always tell from the taste !! It's not a bad place just would be nice to see a better quality of staff working...

McAlister’s is a MUST TRY! Today I snacked on their Pecanberry salad and grilled chicken club. The salad was simply amazing, and I’m not a salad gal. I washed my food down with their sweet tea. The tea was perfected as well, sweet but didn’t taste like tons of sugar.

Hospitality is great and the restaurant was clean.

I’m from NYC and will miss this place! Please come to NYC!!!!
