The customer service at this McDonalds is definitely lacking; 3/23/24, about 12pm. I had asked for 2 extra bags when I ordered at the drive-through, and when I got up to the window to get my food, both people said no problem and were very nice. I get extra bags to devide the food up amongst my kids in the car. My order was not ready, so they asked me to pull up so they could bring it to me. The manager brought my food out. I asked about the extra bags and the manager, and as he or she was walking back yeld out, "I would have to come in and get the bags myself." So, I went into the store and couldn't get anyone's attention. I ended up having to raise my voice to get someone attention. I finally got the bags, and then I found out they gave me the wrong size french fry, and the process started all over again. I think this store can do better with regard to customer service.

I don't understand what so hard about making 2 burgers large fries and put the bag. After 25$ for something that isn't even top quality. If it isn't obvious my order was 2 cheeseburgersand a LARGE fry not a 20 piece mc nugget with a medium fry. To top it all off the food was cold all the way through like it was sitting unclaimed so they slapped a ticket on it and sent it because it was easier than making the stupid order.This isn't the first time my order has been wrong and I assume it won't be the lastDO NOT EAT HEREYou're more likely to get food sickness than your actual order.Stop giving mc Donald's our money for trash.

This is twice in a row that our order has been a total disaster. Yes we have 4 kids and so it's 3 happy meals and a combo and yes the two little ones want ketchup only on their cheeseburgers. The other two are mcnuggets and literally nothing else is special and yet last time we ordered we got a cheeseburger with everything and even whole layer of some sort of seasoning as though it was done on purpose. The happy meals were missing the French fries altogether. Today, after sitting in the drive through for 30 minutes while all of the cars behind us got their food and left, we were finally approached by someone asking for our receipt because "the screen had been cleared too quickly" and so they didn't have our food ready. I gave them the receipt and continued to wait long enough for all of the food to have been prepared fresh. After some time another employee brought out part of the order but it was wrong. Then someone else brought out more of the order and I asked if it had been checked. She said the manager had checked it to make sure it was right. I checked what I had been given and it was all there. Then the rest came out and Jim the manager came out and told us the delay was due to the order being made wrong and him having it remade and gave us some pies for our trouble and said our next visit would be on them. I thanked him for the generosity and his making sure the order was correct and we left. The part of the order we had not checked was the sandwiches and of course one of the two had everything on it except the cheese. If Jim had had the sandwiches remade then how was one of the two still wrong? This is just the normal now I guess and maybe everyone deals with this kind of stuff but really just seems to be a little too frequent

Just went in to get 2 Strawberry and Cream Pies. Used the kiosk to order and pay, which was easier than the last few times ive tried to use them.Bathroom was disgusting.

Closes whenever they feel like it without any way of telling besides waiting with no response. The food is usually old and cold when they are actually open. Just go literally anywhere
