Hands down by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Horrible Management with poor leadership. The young lady at the second window was disrespecting customers and talking to them in ill mannered ways and arguing with them right in front of the manager. Very unprofessional. I will be speaking with corporate on this one. We waited approximately 35 to 40 minutes in the drive-thru for our food and it still wasn't fresh. Our burger buns were hard our fries were soggy and cold and they completely forgot about the nugget sauce not to mention that they charged me for it even though I got over 30 chicken nuggets.I would recommend going to the other side of town for McDonald's if that was your choice.

Only giving 5 stars so this can be seen.This store is THE WORSE McDonald’s I have EVER been to. The customer service, horrid. Especially from THE MANAGER?!? All over the kid in back window cashed out the wrong order, a simple mistake. THE WAY SHE TALKED TO THAT POOR KID WAS UNPROFESSIONAL. She acted as if that little inconvenience had ruined her whole life.. already upset with the kid, she herself then comes to the window to give back change and she was mad at me?!?! Then on top of that… Our order was made sloppy, like ketchup and onions all over everything because our sandwiches were barely even wrapped.. fry’s cold of course but that’s a givin. I’m js I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION !!

If I could give them NO STARS I would. I was in town to see my in-laws stop by to get a quick bite before going to the hotel first off the young blonde girl at the first window rude as hell no thank you or total said, got to the 2nd window young brown hair girl with her shirt tie up in the back where you could see her sink on her back(which is not appropriate with her working there) had a big Mac (lite lettuce and lite sauce) quarter pounder w cheese only and med fry (no salt) got to the hotel big Mac bun was so hard it fell apart quarter pounder with cheese had everything on it so i went back and the girl at 2nd went to tell me theres nothing they can do since it was in the computer or on my receipt cheese only I told her that's not my fault she didn't l and that they wasn't going to remake it isten so the mgr came and told me to pull up so I did I waited 10 mins and nothing so I go in and finally got my sandwich I asked the mgr for my receipt told me it was in my bag and I told her no it was not and I needed my receipt she got mad and started running her mouth and intold her i wanted corporate number she set someone elses receipt down for me to take never again will i go there no rude and disrespectful.

Order 3 strawberry cream pies and only got 1 and got 2 that was pudding filled which was gross. And sat in drive thru for ever.
It was okay. The ketchup dispensers didn't work and it felt like it needs improvement for mobile pick up order as well.

i always try to extend grace to fast food workers cause i’ve worked my fair share and know it’s tough, but CONSISTENTLY when I come here the staff ignore you and anyone else waiting. It takes 2 seconds to say “ someone will be with you” “ we currently have a ____ long wait” etc etc. but no, they let you stand out in the lobby upwards of 10-20 mins while walking around you and avoiding eye contact. after around 10 minutes of waiting, i asked the lady ahead of me if she’d been helped yet, just to gauge if it was worth sticking around and she said no PLUS the guy in front of her had to wait twenty minutes just for them to let him pay for his food. Being busy is understandable but it’s not okay to refuse to communicate that and act like people in your restaurant don’t exist. I had a mobile breakfast order and couldn’t even get it because the wait was so long breakfast was over.

We get to the speaker and the girl taking our order with blonde hair and glasses is extremely rude. Then when we get to the window, she gives us the wrong amount of change. Like can you count?? And then I got my hot chocolate and it had something white and gross in it and didn’t have whipped cream or chocolate drizzle on it. This place was disappointing.
