I will NEVER go here again, coming from working at this chain I’ve never given poor quality like I was today. They served me frappes that were poor down the sides with no napkins the GM then tells me it’s the machine; tf you mean it’s the person who poured it in the cup. Very unfriendly staff. Particularly the short skinny lady with dark brown hair that walks around like she doesn’t care about anything. Also my order for 60 nuggets was short by 8 and I didn’t realize til I got home. Tried to call and they won’t answer the phone. So I was just stolen from pretty much. Also my order was slammed on the counter so hard my sauces busted open in the bag by the same lady.
The app says this location is open. I stopped in wanting to order breakfast. When I arrived at the drive thru speaker a female voice rudely yelled “we’re closed.” But yet this location says open. I only wanted to order breakfast not to be yelled at. If you’re locations is closed as you say it is you need to post signs of when you’re supposedly open. The female could have been nicer and informed me when they open. The employees need to learn better customer service.
