asked for diet coke and got root beer instead. i’m diabetic but thankfully my sister happened to take a sip before i did so i went inside and swapped it out myself

I could not believe the mgr was arguing with me, a paying customer, not professional. They wanted to pull me out of the drive thru, because my order was not ready. It was 32 degrees I did not want someone to go outside to my car to deliver my food. And what’s worse with pathetic is that he said he can have the police move me out.

I normally wouldn’t comment on the service of a fast food place cause of course it isn’t gonna be great, but this particular one is especially terrible. Consistently giving me the wrong order after making me wait 15-25 minutes. Even when i tell the person handing it to me explicitly what i ordered and what name should be on it, they’ll look me in the eye and hand me the wrong bag. I’ve worked at a few different drive throughs so i feel like i know the kinds of things that tend to go wrong. But this place must be mismanaged or staffed by completely apathetic people because no one seems to care if anyone gets the food they paid for.

The woman manager with brown hair first shift I believe is incredible. She was super helpful to me and she is beyond kind. She is always hard working and kind. Very polite. The parking lot here can be a little congested and difficult but my food is always fresh and as long as that manager is working it's fast pace and food is warm and delivery is quick.

I'm a bit frustrated. I went through the drive thru this evening specifically to get some more Monopoly game pieces. I ordered 4 food items, all of which should have had the promotional game pieces, but not a single one did. The game doesn't end until November 2, and they are still using the Monopoly promotional bags. If you run out of items for a national promotion, you probably should tell your customers BEFORE they order.
Let’s just say if you don’t believe me then try it yourself and order a 10 piece and watch the game Piece that’s supposed to be on there be removed. I think somebody’s playing games and I think it’s illegal about what you’re doing and I’m going to let McDonald’s know.

Really cranky and out of pocket manager, does a really bad job serving customers and shouts at us because he thinks we're laughing at him. Nobody is laughing at you man, just do your job right and don't take it personally

Food is Terrible, waited 10 minutes to place an order and l waited 15 minutes for my food to be received, customer service is POOR POOR POOR.
Restroom s are filthy never cleaned i'm not coming back to McDonald's from now on
