$$$$ unbelievable for a McDonald’s!!! We travel a LOT and I’ve never paid more than $5-5.50 for a large McFrappe. It will cost you just shy of $7 here. I was shocked. When I asked if the price was right, the cashier just said we’re franchise and we can charge what we want. Well they charged themselves out of me ever buying another one here at this location. And definitely making sure I KNOW what the total will be before going up to the drive through window ever again as they didn’t say until I got to the pay window. I mean it wasn’t like it was in a place like DC or NY where everything costs more. It was small town Indiana. Maybe they do it because it’s a college town and they figure the kids mommies and daddies will pay their charge cards for them. Hope this review helps you decide especially with all the bad food reviews they already have. And yes I realize it’s McDonald’s. That’s sort of the point. It shouldn’t cost more than a Starbucks. LoL

Shut this crackhouse down. Nobody here is working. Placed a mobile order ahead of time, showed up in drive thru. Waited 5 minutes (as the only car in line) before someone answered the speaker. There were 4 more cars that came in line after. All 5 of us were told to pull into the waiting spots. It's been 15 minutes and no one has came to any of the vehicles.

I can get 2 steak dinners at Applebee's with an appetizer for less than what I paid for 30 chicken nuggets. Service was fantastic and food was fresh. Probably won't be back though

Well I ordered my food through the app at 3:30am Est/Stnd time. I was informed they were prepping my order and so I went to the store to get my food. When I got there they informed me that they hadn't had any orders up until my order for quite a while. They lied to me straight to my face because that was 1007% inaccurate!! I KNOW this to be true because I am a contractor for door dash and I had just picked up an order from there hence the reason I decided I wanted to place an order. As I dropped off the DoorDash order I had just picked up I got another order through DoorDash to pick up from the same McDonald's and accepted the order because I was already heading there to pick up my order and the location I had to deliver it to was on my way home so it just made sense. So, IF they hadn't had any orders and therefore couldn't make my food (a 10 piece nugget and a lg drink), then how is it I had just left there with the only DoorDash order left out of 7 or 8 other DoorDash orders & then 15mins later get assigned a new order from there which had to be placed after I had placed my order because they come through as soon as they're placed so the customer can get their order in a timely fashion and it not be cold. I am honestly very disappointed 😞 that this 24hr McDonald's not only lied to my face but, there is also the fact they couldn't or should I say wouldn't make my order due to them closing... 🤷♀️ A McDonalds that is open 24hrs is closing just after they received my order that couldn't be cancelled because once they confirm it and start prepping your order it can no longer be cancelled. I didn't get my food and they couldn't refund my money. So now I have to go through a long drawn out process of contacting support through the app during regular business hours to explain all of this and then have to wait 72hrs minimum for my money to be refunded... Needless to say I'm NOT A FAN OF McDonald's at this time!!
