Ordered a Big Mac and had them switch the red meat out for quarter meat. Paid extra for it and thankfully I pulled into a parking spot and checked it because not only did they not give me the meat they didn’t even complete the sandwich. My boyfriend went inside to complain and they wanted to argue with him about it and say they weren’t allowed to do that, (he used to work at McDonald’s btw so it’s definitely allowed), before they finally caved and made it. Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at McDonald’s

They were out of BBQ sauce, ranch and the soda machine was not working. Have been there several times where they have been out of various items.Edit: Came tried to give it another shot and it was even worse. Every table was dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. The drink station was also a mess with no lids and napkins .Also was told to use the kiosk (which I usually do) and spent all the time making the order only to have the kiosk say the card reader was not working and I should see a cashier. Then waited 10 min for an employee to look at the front desk. 3 of us waiting. I know it is not top tier dinning but this does not meet any standards.

Everything is just normal/average. They changed some staff around the time.They do get food very fast. Nice place for a nice place to sit and use the bathroom if you are passing by.I come to understand why they are dirty: 1 not enough staff to clean around all the time before they do the cleaning at night 2 their staff is just not professional and does not really want the store to perform greatly 3 most of the fast food restaurants here depend on drive-thru, so they don't have to care about people inside.OH AND BTW they don't have a issue with the ice cream, I learned that some stores always have problems with ice cream.

One of the workers there was very rude and argumentative. Bad attitude all around. The food was good but that's about it
