The female manager working at 9:39am today Saturday the 6th was extremely rude and unhelpful for no reason. Was ignoring both myself and another and made ZERO attempt to help us. She needs fired.

To start out, I was in the drive through for 45 minutes. The line wasn't even outrageously long. When I received my food, I was missing a nugget in a 4 piece order and they were cold, my fries were hardly warm, and my daily double was cold as well. Just a pitiful experience. Will not be returning to this McDonald's ever again. Wish I could give a 0 star review.

0 stars. This is hands down the worst Mcdonald's in existence! Please do yourself a favor and never ever go here. I waited for 45 minutes for my mobile order to be made. Every single person had to wait this long. My son wanted a frozen sprite lymonade. As per usual they hand you the drinks first then had me park for 45 minutes. When she brought the food I asked for a new drink because it had melted into a solid block of ice. 10 minutes later still no drink. I went in and asked for a full refund after waiting 10 more minutes for the manager to do her job and get my money. Wasted over an hour of my life at this place. This McDonald's needs shut down! I have never seen so much food done and just waiting to be put in a bag. It was crazy. And they seemed to prioritize doordash. Save your self the trouble and run away. I ordered from wingstop and they had the food ready in the 10 minutes it took to drive there.

The kid that was on the drive through is a very horrible person. You should fire him. He is very disrespectful and rude. He totally got our orders wrong. Kept us at the drive through for long.
Very bad service. If you’re the owner of this franchise I’ll advice you make sure you fire that person who is taking orders at the drive through today: 8:10pm.

You can't get service inside. When someone finally did come to the front counter it was more important to take the New order from their friend than it was to get our food that was already ready so it sat there getting cold.

20 minutes through the line. Get to the window and they say it’s 30 minutes until any food comes out. We asked for a refund and the manager told us it would be right up. 10 minutes later and we had to leave. They wouldn’t give us a refund and they wouldn’t give us the food.

Went through the drive-through they made a mistake and wanted to argue with me about it so I pulled off. I didn’t even get my food.
Disgusting restaurant - tables dirty, soda area dirty, toilets and floors disgusting. Food cold, no service (table numbers are decorative). Or Mc Donalds doesn't take its clients seriously or staff is highly incapable.
