I made a mobile order 20 minutes in advance and still had to wait 20 minutes for my food (that was sitting on the back counter already ready) The young lady behind the counter was doing almost anything to avoid talking to customers that were waiting. My fries were cold, and so was my sandwich. I will try to avoid this location.

34 weeks pregnant and wanted some fries. Was asked to pull into spot 1 to wait for fries and waited 15 minutes for cold unsalted fries to be brought out. Decided to just try some ketchup to make fries edible and went inside for ketch up. Place was disgusting and staff was rude when I asked for ketch up lol. Won't be going here again. I threw fries out and got goldfish from CVS that tasted much better. It was around 230pm. Won't be returning to this particular mcdonalds again.

For years, I have yet to eat inside this building and not see trash, spilled soda remains, and dirty tables. The only reason I even think to come to this particular McDonald's is the playplace. Being from Elletsville, going twice the distance to a different McDonald's would be worth it. I would advise to respectfully pass with this one.

Absolutely horrible. Food was sloppy, cold the floors were dirty and service was slow and nobody at counter to even help. I will never eat here again. This McDonald's use to be nice about 10 years ago but has definitely gone down hill.

The food has gone down hill, they dont seem to care to clean the filters for the lemonade and the blue slushy has become some kind of foam that is not able to be consumed enjoyably.
The service is lack luster, they dont care to deliver your food to you in a timely manner.
The workers, just dont seem to care, and are not very friendly.
