If you order anything poultry have them cook it extra. Choose not to and your guaranteed to get food poisoning. They dont understand how a timer works. There management emailed me and talked back to me like a sarcastic teenager. The employees there are fine they are nice. But the food is literally dangerous. I contacted the Monroe County health dept, and filed a report. They are seriously going to get someone sick beyond belief. And I hope the consequences find the people responsible. Please dont eat here go to gas station you have less of a chance to get food poisoning.

Robots learned how to communicate and be respectful & nice with us, but human after 12 years of education have not learned how to smile and say good morning to thr customers. Why is it so heavy to answer customers greeting. You must be the first to greet the customers. Anyway they need more training on greeting customers. Otherwise Robots will come to take over all your jobs.

What is McDonalds making their hamburgers with now? I had stopped eating them years ago and decided to try it again. Now I remember why I stopped. That taste & texture is suspect. Sorry McDonalds. IceCream is still good.

I come here because this is one of the few McDonalds that has a play area. I’ve noticed that over the past few months this place has been getting worse. Drive through normally great. Inside however different story. No one to great you just walk in and order at the kiosk. Never any paper in the printer for the tickets. Floors are always sticky. Never any ketchup for dining in. The people here I am positive are great people. This seems like a failure of leadership.
Went through drive thru and ordered a 6 piece nugget kids meal, a large Coke, a caramel macchiato and 2 cheeseburgers. Get to window and she tries to hand us a sweet tea. Advised her we had a Coke.. She gives us a Dr Pepper and tells us to park in a waiting spot. They bring out a cheeseburger kids meal, no nuggets, and no drinks. Had to send him back inside again for our drinks and he still forgot the kids drink. 🙄

It never fails every time I try to use this McDonald's they prove themselves worthless went out of my way for breakfast before work or mine it says drive thru up and 5:00 a.m. well at 5:40 I'm sitting in the drive-thru for 10 minutes waiting to put in my order and never got sucked to nobody and I know there's open because there's a delivery truck there...
