Cannot order online like advertised and tried to place a large order over the phone. Called several times, 8 I believe, throughout an hour and not a single time did someone answer the phone

Lemme start off by saying that I used to work here. Wasn't long. Every day, the racist MANAGER, Mark (he claimed to be a co-owner. That was debunked). Would tell me every day that he could get rid of me any time, that he only hired me because he was doing me a "favor." He told me he only kept me around because I had a "good personality." Well, that made one of us, Mark. Him and the morning crew had thick accents, which made training difficult. I did my best, but got snapped at if I asked anyone to repeat themselves. I got called names and was frequently yelled at infront of customers. I was verbally abused daily. One day Mark pulled me aside and asked me, straight up, if I had a mental disability that made me "slow." That's an illegal thing to ask, first off, and I wish I had been aware of that at the time. He then asked me why I was so nervous around him and his morning crew. I was going to be honest and tell him it was because I was screamed at and called stupid every day, but before I could say anything, Mark blatantly asks: "what, were you raped or something?" The management and ownership of this place is absolute garbage. I wish I had taken legal action at the time so I could be rolling in their pathetically earned money. The owner of this place hired Mark knowing he was openly racist and sexist, knowing he said highly inappropriate things infront of the other women that worked there and myself. Just go to Chipotle. The food quality is better, and they don't underpay and abuse their employees.

We ordered online and picked it up 15 mins later at the new pick up area that's located right inside the door. Didn't have to talk to anyone or go through the checkout area, so simple and easy! The food was also great as usual with Moe's, and they loaded us up on chips. Recommend always, but especially during COVID times if you're looking for a simple, socially-distanced order and pickup experience.

I frikkin love moe's. i always think theyre kinda pricey until i see the size of my burrito. if you like tacos, but wish you could have a subway-like experience, this is the place for you. "build your own" taco/burrito/nacho/etc...

ordered delivery a little over a week ago and I never received it. I called the store and they told me it was delivered but I didn't receive it is not sure where it went but I have called and filed a formal complaint and still have no received a call back or even an email.

I had ordered delivery through door dash from Moe’s, and something got ROYALLY Messed up with my order. I called and went into the store— I’m not sure if the man and woman I spoke with were the managers or the owners but they deserve every gold star that I can give. They were very thoughtful of the situation, though I'm more than positive it was the delivery service fault. They went out of their way when they did not have to— to make my experience positive.I don’t write many reviews but the individuals I spoke with were amazing, and handled everything to perfection. This type of customer service Speaks Volumes. I will happily be a return customer here!

I have been very happy with Moe's until recently. I ordered the catering taco bar and I picked it up! For 10 people! When I set it up no cheese, no taco shells, and only had enough meat for 4 people! I was very disappointed!

horrible racist owner. that convinced someone a manager job if they would work for free. screw this place and the owner. what a POS. They need to be shut down immediately. Oh and the food here is crappy anyways. a more expensive Taco Bell! Crew this guy and screw racism!

I love this place always friendly, fast and you wouldn’t be disappointed on price to portion size of food and all u can eat on salsa and chips! AWESOME! And remind you people MOES are cheaper and give bigger size portion for crowd or for any occasion than any other Mexican food joints!
