If you're planning to eat here, DO NOT order online—it will save you a lot of frustration. My experience was incredibly disappointing. The host seemed completely lost, clearly confused about the orders, and couldn't provide any clear answers. Every time I asked about the status, he assured me the order would be ready in "five minutes," yet nothing was being prepared.
After checking in multiple times (at least 3 or 4), I discovered that my order had never even started. To make matters worse, the host randomly canceled my order without my approval. After waiting for 40 minutes past the expected pick-up time, someone finally started preparing the dish.
The worst part? The restaurant offers no compensation for their mistake. All they could muster was a simple "sorry." Save yourself the hassle and avoid ordering online from this place. Uber Eats kindly refunded the order after explaining the situation to them.

Thought I’d stop in to grab some food for my partner and I. Was blown away by both the service and the quality of the food. The crab rangoon and tonkatsu are the BEST in town, and the teriyaki chicken was well worth the price. Definitely will be adding Mr. Tokyo to my rotation of restaurants I love to eat at here in BTown!

I can't say enough good things about Mr Tokyo. My husband and I brought my brother-in-law here to try their sushi deal for three rolls and everything was excellent and we were given five-star service. They are right across from the IU arches so their prices cater to the students. We took the food to go but ended up eating everything in the restaurant, which was their eel and salmon rolls. It was tempting to get more but we had dinner reservations later that evening so we will be back!

We like the food here and it's our comfort food. The problem is that every time we placed two orders online and they would only prepare one order for us. Today it's the 3rd time this happened. Apparently the lady who took the Postmates order couldn't read x2. Please hire someone who can read.
