Ok Wow! This Morning I had a chocolate croissant at the Bloomington Farm Stop Collective and it was just Outstanding. The flakiness and chocolate chunks made this superior to any other one I have tasted in the states.
I mean WOW! I don’t think I’ve had this flaky of a croissant even with all of my travels to Europe! It was honestly a culinary experience to bite into the ham and cheese croissant. The crunch, the flavor, the pure joy! I wish I had found this bakery sooner and treated myself to the delights that are this bakery! Luckily I still have a rhubarb croissant saved for later, can’t wait to try more flavors as summer progresses!
