I was sad to witness what I did today from my nearby seat at 5 Guys: a would-be patron sat at an outdoor table and was not served. After she clarified with an employee that the establishment provided table service, he confirmed and said he thought she was "just chilling." She ordered, and although the establishment was essentially VACANT, her order never came. This (African-American) would-be patron got up and left, as she rightfully should have. All this on Black Girl Relaxation Day no less.

Food was horrible. I’ve had better pizza in highschool cafeteria. Super overpriced as well. Crust tastes like Walmart when you make your own at home. Zero sauce on the pizza. Also very bland almost no flavor and zero texture.

I came with my dog and had a great time seating outside. My dog was a celebrity and got a big bucket of ice cold water, lots of snuggles and even a nice bacon strip from the waiter! The food was good, and the service was great.

I have gone to nicks twice & sat in the backroom. The atmosphere is very nice and both times we had Melanie as our server/bartender. She is funny, attentive and overall has a great personality. Although she was busy she made time for us and got everything to us very quickly. Very lovely experience, will be returning.
