Ordered loaded potato soup have not seen an O'Charley's in years. Ordered some rolls as well. Got Loaded cheese soup with a couple chunks of potatoes they said it's supposed to be that way I got a refund because that is absolutely not the way it's supposed to be. Rolls still taste the same

Love the dining experience at OCharlies, especially the friendly and attentive staff. I like to set at the bar where I always see a familiar face and an engaging bar tender.

We had a friendship gathering of 6 people. We were seated immediately and the server was very attentive. They allowed us to sit and visit after we were finished with dinner. I had the California pecan salad with no protein. It was delicious and refreshing.

I used to enjoy O'Charley's and we stopped in while we were in town because there isn't one near us where we currently reside. I can make a mean bowl of cereal, but my culinary skills are otherwise lacking so I enjoy going somewhere now and then where I can get a flavorful meal. The food tonight makes my cooking taste like I could have earned a Michelin star in comparison. I took one bit of the potato soup and that was it. The au jus with my French dip tasted like pure salt. The sandwich itaelf and spinach dip were extremely bland. The decor, or should say lack thereof, had zero personality. Only positive thing was our server was nice.

We have not been to here since COVID. Had a few disappointing meals and just never went back. Thought we would try them today, Curbside pick up. Food was brought out on time. Not a single item was missing. I am so glad we went.

Overall a good place to eat. The only reason I gave the service a 2 is because there is one lady that works there usually at the bar that is slow as pond water and she disappears. You'll order your food and then you won't see her for five or ten minutes.
