I gave up on this place about two years ago because it was just bad all the way around. Today, decided to give it a chance because they were offering a meal to Veterans a day early. We'll, they did not disappoint. They are still bad. I dont quite know how a well done steak is anywhere close to the bloody messed up thing I got. Sorry but I won't be returning for any reason.

After a full day of work I made the 35 minute drive to Sam’s Club. I loaded the car with heavy beverages and food, then decided at 8:00 pm I was hungry and probably needed to eat. So, I got the brilliant idea to travel a few more minutes up the road. I use the App and ordered a couple Bloomin’ Onions and happiness to take home. It did not disappoint. Both curbside associates that helped me were friendly and courteous. They had my order to me in about 10 minutes and I was on my was back home.

I asked for 1 steak to be medium rare plus, wood fire cooked and I ended up getting 5 steaks like that and 1 steak cooked well done, so someone wasn’t not clearly paying attention to the order plus we were missing a loaf of bread when we should’ve got 3 and we got 2. Will say the cooks and servers should pay closer attention to the details of someone’s order. And when I called to let them know about the 1 specialty cooked steak like I was told to do by the manager, the server wasn’t very pleasant, she was quiet rude and had an attitude, she hung up on me without making sure I had any more details about my order. Which was very disrespectful. The server who brought me our food, she was great and very friendly.

Went around 6pm or so. It was moderately busy but we got a table quickly. The noise was moderate but still quiet enough to talk. I dont like sitting near the bar most of the time but we sat near ot and ot wasnt as loud as in most places. People were very respectful of space. The service was fabulous. Wish I knew who served us but cant remember. She was great. She visited the tabled often enough without being overbearing. The steak was on point!! I get medium rare and a lot of cooks cant get ot quite right. Well done chef!! All the food was perfect.
