Consistently positive experiences at Panera Bread. The food is always great, the service is wonderful, and the atmosphere is enjoyable. I especially appreciate the friendly lady and gentleman who are managers there. I'm sure everyone knows who I'm talking about. They truly add to the overall experience.

Rude employees making smart comments to doordash driver yall need to fix your whole system this place sucks to pick up from your staff puts all the bags together with the names facing them and get mad at you for grabbing the bags but are supper rude when you wait on them to help you all around do better i have been to my fair share of places in the us and never have i been treated as poor as i do here and never have i seen this bad of service this place need to fire and rehire a whole new staff or be shut down

12/9/2024 - My girlfriend went to order some food 20 minutes before they closed and not only did the person taking her order over voice comms have a crappy attitude for no reason, but the food made both of us sick after we ate it. I particularly got hit hard by it and the aftermath was not pretty. I get the same thing every time, and have no food allergies/issues, so either the ingredients were not fresh (quality assurance?) or God forbid someone messed with our food because they were annoyed we ordered so late. Can confidently say I'm never going here again.

Very disappointed. Was sick with the flu and door dashed a bowl of Panera chicken noodle soup. Paid $20 after tip and delivery for a stale piece of bread and 1/4 cup of soup. The soup was slimy and had 3 or 4 noodles, a couple pieces of carrot and hints of chicken pieces. Yuck.

Really good food and fantastic service! They never have bread bowls when I go though.
Don’t stop here. Ordered two bacon egg and cheese sandwiches to eat in. Was texted the order was ready but it wasn’t as they were waiting on eggs. One of the sandwiches had egg only. Went back up and they made another sandwich. The second attempt was missing the egg. We assembled the correct sandwich from the two mistakes.

We are really, really sick of this Panera mangling our to-go orders. More often than not, we get our food all wrapped up, and when we unwrap, it’s wrong. We check it at the restaurant and then have to wait an inordinate amount of time for them to redo it. Sometimes we get all the way home before we realize the mistake. The quality of the food has also really gone down in recent months. It’s just not worth the trouble.

20 minute wait in the drive thru and only three vehicles in front of me. Didn’t get my drink without requesting it. Asked for butter, no butter received. No feta cheese on Greek salad. No apology for ridiculous wait.
