Drive through turning lane is quite small for larger/longer vehicles. Ordered food for 4 people including two bagels and two breakfast sandwiches. Would have been nice if the everything bagel was wrapped in something to collect the seeds etc. The breakfast sandwiches were squashed like someone was trying really hard to make them flat and caused the wrapping to get greasy from the ham and cheese. Was only given two napkins for the whole order and they were greasy from the breakfast sandwiches wrappers.

I think their food is great. Love their bagels, but for the last week their bagel selection has been so bad.I LOVE their sesame bagels. They have not had any for over a week.My daughter loves their chocolate chip bagels. They have not have any for over a week.I keep checking back with the same results. I sent a communication to their corporate office with no response. They have lost so much business I do not understand why this is not a concern.

Second time I order from panera and I can definitely say the food has been amazing. Their Turkey chili is great. The Mac and cheese it's was very good and the breakfast sandwiches. Could it be used more salt? Or flavor but all in all, it's very good. Customer service is great and the place is clean.

This was a very good breakfast sandwich, a little light on the ingredients and looked small compared to the photo advertised but I thoroughly enjoyed it

This place used to be my go to on the way to work, but it’s gotten so bad I have started packing my lunch. Adulting is hard AND the last responsibility I want is making my own lunch! The service is always great but my order is consistently cold and missing essentials.

Subpar food and coffee at this location. I’ve given multiple tries over the last year because I like the menu, but the actual quality of food is not worth the expense. Stale coffee and clearly expired yogurt this morning was the final straw. I can dumpster dive for free if I want this quality.

I'm usually a fan of Panera bread, but their pepperoni pizza smells like a $1 Walmart Totino's party pizza and tastes even worse.

I won’t be back. It was lunchtime. It was busy, but my complaint was that the only place to sit would have been along the wall at the bar top. Many people were sitting one at a table, finished with their meal, but on their computer or phone. Really rude to be taking up table space when my friend and I wanted to sit and eat. The management should try to discourage that.
