This is hands down the best pizza but the last 2 orders I’ve ordered was missing my bread sticks and the order I just placed only had 3 sticks in the box ? probably due to DoorDash. Called papa and said they was sending out my bread sticks about 1 hour ago and still haven’t got them.

Just go down the street to dominos… they hire competent people. By far the worst pizza place in town. Even rip-off rockets is better. Ordered a pizza through the app, and showed up a few minutes after when it was supposed to be done and it still hadn’t even been started. Reading through the other reviews this seems to be a common occurrence.

It’s tough to order from Papa John’s in the first place living in Bloomington with so many other good options to compete with but my daughter wanted it for her 14th birthday (1/1/24). We ordered 1 large pepperoni pizza online at 3p for a 515p pick up. I arrived at 510p and was told it would be 10-15 minutes. At 525, I checked in again and they hadn’t even started the order… again keeping in mind we’re talking about 1 pizza with 1 topping that was ordered almost 2.5 hours before that. I stepped outside and then at 535 checked again and the 1 pizza order still hadn’t even been started. I work for a restaurant management company so I’m likely more understanding than the average person but 2.5 hours+ for 1 pizza from a quick service style restaurant is completely unacceptable. I ended up cancelling the order.

The pizza place of places. It has the dough, the sauce, and the cheese. They have other things but the pizza is the slappiest as always. Very convenient location and many other good things. Don't get me wrong though this review might make you think I love this place, I don't, I adore it.

GUYS. i've never left a review for a fast food place but this pizza im eating right now is so delicious. i'm amazed. stuffed crust pepperoni pizza WELL DONE !! that's important so fast. so amazing service was fabulous

They're great but never order delivery, Doordash will screw it up. Or worse, I once had a teenager with a toddler in tow deliver my order after midnight.

First time experience. Total waste of $$$! Unfriendly, terrible customer service. Order was wrong, called them, and they wanted me to bring it back (I picked up) for an exchange. Very inconvenient! Most unfriendly when I came back. The food overall was not fully cooked (chicken). Never going back.
This place is usually great. Today I came in, and you scheduled on one girl to work Sunday night!?! She was doing great btw, but be less cruel and schedule someone else too!

I ordered 1 speciality because I had a free coming because to a passed order mess up, and 2 larger 2 topping pizza for customer appreciation day. When I went to pick them I told them that. And the manager said I could not havre 2 discounts, i said I was not getting 2 discount because I already paid for the messed and was using the credit and the others were for customer appreciation day. I then request for the order to be split and she said no. I tried to work with them at no avail. I told her to keep the 2 customer appreciation pizza. I am so glad that this store appreciation their customers. I would hate to see what they are like if they did not.
