Ordered a pizza online. Waited two hours for the pizza. Anytime i asked for an estimated wait time past my already wait time the rude gentleman would just shrug his shoulders. Extra unprofessional papa johns. Worker ALSO slammed my pizzas down when they were finally ready after two hours of waiting.

I am a door dasher, and I have had several negative experiences at this place from late orders to forgetting drinks. One I came across town for a larger tip and they had closed down early. I just went there and wasted 20 minutes of my time only for them to have forgotten about the two orders and entirely. Hadn't even started them. I had to unassign the orders, I feel bad for anyone who orders from here because I certainly won’t.

I ordered $40. Worth of food. Extra cheese on both pizzas. I asked them to bring it out cause I had kids in car sat for 10 mins with the workers staring at me. Went in got pizza. Came home no extra cheese. Pizza tasted off. The whole experience was very sad. I will go out if my way to get a better pizza from other places. Will not be going back.

I called their Supervisor and explained a situation and she just kept talking over me and wouldn't let me get any words out... very rude employees and the dough for the pizza at the south store doesn't get covered at all and multiple flies landed on said dough

I never had a problem with this place until now. I ordered over $40 worth of food. We had it delivered. The Door Dasher gave us the wrong pizza and said they didn't have any pepsi. So I called the store and told them I got the wrong pizza and asked if they have Pepsi. They had Pepsi...the door dasher either gave our pepsi to another person and we got their nasty drink called Starry. Anyway, the person I talked to said they would send the right pizza out to us right away. 40 mins later, still no pizza. I called the store again and they hadn't even send it out!!! I said I will just come down and pick up our order. We went down there and the pizza had been sitting there for a long time so the young lady was nice enough to have them make me a fresh pizza. That was nice of her but it still didn't make me happy that it took over 2 hours to just get a pizza! When you walk into the store, the music they play is so loud you can't hear the person next to you talking. Manager is nowhere in site. I won't ever order from this place again!

Ordered a pop bowl last night And there was not enough food in the bowl to even cover the bottom of it, the bowl started out pretty good and they just keep getting smaller and smaller hardly nothing in them
