As we were leaving, an employee came and clocked in did not wash his hands rubbed his nose two or three times started making pizzas. I will never go back to the store again and the front desk person was very rude.

We ordered our pizza for pick up and were told it would take 50 minutes BUT they could deliver it in 20 minutes… very odd! Well after a 55 minute wait still no pizza ?!!! We called the store and were informed they couldn’t help us as door dash has our order and if we want to complain or cancel we had to tell the driver when they arrived… bye bye Papa John’s, learn how to take car of your customers! So I just left there probably 15 mins ago there is a gentleman in there I don't know his name but tonight he was in a red tshirt has long greasy hair and 2 or 3 chins. My advice to him is to quit your job because you weren't doing anything but being stoned out of you mind moving at a snails pace and pissing people off so go find a new job where you don't have to deal with customers and act like the child you are and nobody has to deal with your tantrum

this store declined my order because i didn't give them an advanced notice for 6 medium.pizzas, I have never heard of such, what would they do if everyone in my party ordered a single medium pizza individually and had to fill 6 different orders?

I called after waiting on my food for over an hour and they was very rude on the phone than canceled my order. $60 wasted and don't know when I will get it back because now they are refusing to answer their phones .

Exact same complaint as others. Do not bother ordering here for delivery or pickup from the website or DoorDash. Your order will be cancelled every time…but not until they should be out delivering it. So by the time you find out, you’re starving and realize you have to start completely over somewhere else. Has happened twice in a month and a half. This location should be closed. At least immediately tell people you’re cancelling! Evidently there’s one terrible evening manager and nothing is being done about it. But DoorDash is aware. Note put into PJ corporate, as well.
Well. It's official. These one star reviews are no joke. Pay attention to them. I am currently in Papa John's limbo. At 5 I placed an online order for a 6:30 pickup. The person who went to pick up the order was told it would be a half an hour. It's now about 40 minutes later and it's still not done. Conversations with staff are useless. Mallory told me there was absolutely nothing she could do. Most places will offer a gift card or something for the inconvenience. Papa John's tells you to go online and fill out a form. I may. I may not. The online chat went somewhere overseas where they literally just redirected me back to the website. This place is a joke. If the manager is truly powerless, then I feel sorry for her. That's not being a manager. That's just being someone who gets paid a little more to tell other people what to do. if you order a pizza and want it at a specific time, you'd better order a week ahead, but even that wouldn't make a difference. You'll get some other excuse as to why it wasn't ready. It's funny. It seems to be a problem they're aware of and throw out as an excuse, but they don't do a single thing to try to correct it or make people happy. Stay away. Order local. Pizza X. Avers. Better pizza, better everything!

This location has some really rude workers. Last night I had my kids order dinner from here while I was at work and when the driver came my son realized that I hadn't left enough cash and he told the driver. I called back to place an order and they REFUSED to let me place an order for delivery. Very rude and unprofessional. I will NEVER order from this location again.

Manager completely rude: speaks over people and tells lies. Also an employee there contacted others spreading these lies causing problems. So my question is WHEN will they finally get decent management at this particular location and CLEAN IT U0! That includes the quality and caliber of employees. PLEASE do something about S.Walnut Street location in Bloomington,IN.Thank you

Manager for night shift is very rude. Has cancelled 8 orders because there "out of ingredients" he cancelled the orders because dashers are coming in and taking orders. Papa John's policy is if they are out of ingredients they call another store. He cancelled a large pizza because he was out of bowls that are not needed for a large pizza. I went in and explained what was happening and he asked me to leave the store. I give this store a 0 star rating and call the manager a theif. Doordash pays for cancelling orders. So he is by law stealing from doordash. I have called corporate and spoke with doordash about the fraud and theft coming from this store. Corporate told me that they are aware of the cancelling orders and they have been keeping an eye on it for a while. I get dashes out of there until that same manager is working. This Papa John's is by far the worst store I have ever been to. This manager needs fired!!!!! I will call corporate office and the better business bureau every day until he is fired and they realize he is a theif!!!!
