I wanted to order the FAMILY FEAST. I wanted to confirm I can order with EBT over the phone because I couldn't online. I called and ask if I can come in and pay with EBT for the FAMILY FEAST. She tells me they dont have a "family feast". One of the specials on their website. So I said I was so so sorry and I will come in person. But the tone and the lack of willingness from the employee... killed the vibe. It felt like I was bothering or something. I have an accent hopefully is not discrimination... but.. I am going to buy mama bear or some other... it will be better than going and maybe have someone talk to me that way again.

2 girls working, maybe high school aged. Neither had their hair up at all. One of them had hair almost to her waist getting in the food. Both girls have gloves on, itching their noses with the gloves on, not changing their gloves either. And don't point out the fact they did it, because it's nothing but attitude for interrupting their s*** talking. Don't go here. They clearly don't have people here who understand sanitary practices or what customer service is either. Gross.

Crust has been very wrong, toppings are left out and unchilled become flavorless. Have tried multiple times to call local and head quarters after management offering a refund that was never received and saying sternly not to contact headquarters about their issues.

Worst service I have ever experienced. I told them 3 separate times light sauce, one girl said she had already made my pizza but she didn't listen. I saw pizza and told her was too much sauce she lied to my face and said "it's just pushed out to the edges". I was not I had pizza soup when I got it home. I tipped these people almost 8$ which was well over 20%. Lesson learned don't tip til you get it the way you ordered it.

I've had bad pizzas before but never have I had one so bad I spit it out of my mouth. Something was so foul I could not even swallow it. I called the store and the manager Shayla could have cared less. I tried explaining things to her and she kept interrupting saying she just looked at the toppings and everything was fresh. She never said sorry just "you can come get another pizza." She really needs to learn about customer service.

I just went into my favorite Papa Murphys to get my almost weekly family size pizza, store on rte 135 in Greenwood. Young guy in front of me was not wearing a mask, didn't notice it until he was leaving, as he was at the cash register. I would have challenged him on this dangerous and illegal practice, but thought the staff should have taken care of that! It was clearly stated on the front door that customers must wear a mask to be in the store.I get it that this is a tricky thing these days, but I'm older and have a comorbid condition, and I feel this jackass was endangering me and my family (at home.)Next time this happens to me, I will not hesitate to call 911, as nobody wants to deal with this these days. I strongly encourage others to follow the rules/laws of Indiana when visiting their Papa Murphys.

It is above average food. I called ahead and order was ready in three minutes. Staff was friendly and helpful. Tuesday Price is a great value. Store was very clean and all orders are carry out so no one lingering around.
