Don’t go to this location.

Waited 50 minutes for 2 sandwiches. They still messed up my order.

Incompetent employees, and complaining unhelpful manager. Dirty, and bad service.

I really love Penn Station but will not be returning to this location. Put in an online order and still had to wait 20 minutes when I got there. In total it took 30 minutes to make two cold subs. The bread was doughy. All around not worth the $30.

Just awful. Didn’t have lettuce, peppers, and sauce that I asked for. NOTHING! Also standing in line even tho they saw me with no one else in the building. My sandwich was just chicken and cheese and onion, nothing else. Super disappointed because my poor sick mom drove me to get this because we both really wanted it. I will never eat here again and I hope others do the same or check their sandwich before they leave. 25$ down the drain for just chicken 👎👎👎👎

Hadn't been to this Penn Station in a few years, was shocked at how dirty it was, food took a really long time to come out and was okay. Not much chicken on my sandwich. Probably won't be back for a few more years.

Went there once. The food smells amazing, lol. Just haven’t ordered anything for myself yet. I’ve ordered for my husband at the time. I might treat myself one day. Just me, myself & I :)

No meat to speak of. Place went way down hill. Your GM should be fired. Wait till you see your sales drop. Way too expensive and don't offer combo prices. I'll go to real restaurant for a complete meal at theses prices.

I placed an online order at 12:21. My husband went to pick it up, be ready at 12:36. He waited extra 20 minutes he was very aggravated. Your staff was very rude to him and told him not to come back again.

Ordered 3 basic sandwiches. They went on a make it your own spree. For the sandwich that said no onion tomato or lettuce, THAT WAS THE ONLY THING THEY PUT ON THE SANDWICH. Messed up the other two sandwich’s and won’t refund the whole order just 25%.

Penn station always hits. The fries are delicious. They have mug root beer. What more could a girl want. Would definitely recommend if you have a craving for a hot sandwich

I want to love this place. I have fond memories here. However after last time I question returning. I was having a hard week & thought I'd cheer myself up with a sandwich since I'd been craving Penn Station. I don't expect every staff member to be like 'on' all the time, but I made a point of being friendly & the attitude I got back made me feel like idk like I was ruining /their/ day. No smiles, no dialog almost at all besides 'is that it?', just made me feel awkward. Maybe they were having a hard day too idk but when I did get my meal- my fries looked very bottom-of-barrelly & my sandwich had avocado sauce all over the outside, something I only noticed after having to stuff all the toppings into the bread since it was all hanging half out ? I remember having such pleasant experiences here before with upbeat staff & food that felt like the person putting it together gave a care. That's why this is 3 stars instead of 1, because I want to believe it's a one off. But it'll be a moment before I'm ready to potentially waste 17$ again.
