The food's good it's just always busy and the tables are dirty

Food was good but waited 25 minutes for two Italian subs, the they packaged to go even though we said we were eating there. Business was steady but not what I would consider overly busy. No big deal. Problem was all tables were filthy and never once seen an employee cleaning any tables and we were there an hour. Did see customers ( including ourselves) doing best to clean off tables best they could with napkins so there was a place to sit. Drink machine was out of diet products

The staff is very rude.

Freaking delicious. Better than Subway. About the same prices, except they have FRESH, hand cut fries. And the staff is very personable and friendly. And they remember you after a few visits. 10/10 would recommend

First time for me, though my daughter has loved it for years. Very good subs at reasonable prices.

I had a Philly Cheese Steak, it was excellent. I also tried their lemonade, it tasted off. Not sure if it was just that one location or if it is the recipe they use nation wide, but I plan on trying the lemonade again at a different location to see.

We are on a road trip and stopped in for a quick bite. Francisco took our order and he was very polite with great a personality. Got our food promptly, and Francisco delivered it all with the same politeness and great personality in which he met us with.

They were very busy. Manager was buckling under the pressure and was rude to employees. However, everyone worked together and service was great.

Never heard of until today on a road trip to Indianapolis. Saw it and figured I would give it a go. Honestly was pretty good. Prices were decent and the food was pretty good. I would come again.

Small & cramped overly busy locale. Food is good fresh but not as leftovers. Staff friendly and helpful. A bit over priced.

It's OK but not great

Got there and ordered our food and then went and set down and waited 50mins or so for our food, and when we did finally get it it was cold. My boyfriend took his back and asked them to remake it fresh, and when they brought it back you could tell that they just threw the fries back in the fries and just reheated the sandwich, and they didn't even put on the spicy brown mustard he had asked them for so I had to go back up and ask them for it and they just handed me packets. We will be hard pressed to go back anytime soon.
