Penn Station East Coast Subs

They were very busy. Manager was buckling under the pressure and was rude to employees. However, everyone worked together and service was great.

Never heard of until today on a road trip to Indianapolis. Saw it and figured I would give it a go. Honestly was pretty good. Prices were decent and the food was pretty good. I would come again.

Small & cramped overly busy locale. Food is good fresh but not as leftovers. Staff friendly and helpful. A bit over priced.

It's OK but not great

Got there and ordered our food and then went and set down and waited 50mins or so for our food, and when we did finally get it it was cold. My boyfriend took his back and asked them to remake it fresh, and when they brought it back you could tell that they just threw the fries back in the fries and just reheated the sandwich, and they didn't even put on the spicy brown mustard he had asked them for so I had to go back up and ask them for it and they just handed me packets. We will be hard pressed to go back anytime soon.

Fast service and good sandwiches

Even though they were slammed with only 3 on staff and a line out the door, we only waited for like 15 to get our food. They messed up my wife's sandwich and whole heartedly apologized and re made it and gave me a refund for her sammiches!

First time here and they didn’t disappoint. Food was GREAT! Staff was friendly and helpful. Only “ding” was it was a little slow BUT not really a complaint because they make your food for REALS fresh to order, so to be expected and worth it. THANKS!!!

Derrick is an outstanding man! This store is lucky to have him! He went above and beyond to make sure my 2 year old granddaughter had a great experience! He brought her a cookie, stood watch outside of the men’s RR for her and her momma (women’s was out of order!) and put a fun movie on the TV for her to enjoy! THANK YOI DERRICK, FOR YOUR KINDNESS AND GENEROSITY!

Not the ideal of an actual East Coast hoagie shop, but when you're in Indiana, away from even Chicagoland, what else are you gonna do? This place has okay subs and grilled sandwiches. I always go here when the craving for cheesesteaks hits. Pro tip: get extra steak meat, it's $2 and so worth it.

The Philly Cheesesteak is full of rich tantalizing flavors combined expertly mm mmm.All the ingredients are fresh and compliment each other this providing a mouth full of goodness in each bite.The old fashioned cook on the fries is awesome.Staff is friendly,courteous and promptly delivered the meal to our table. If you want a great fresh sub made how you want this is the right restaurant for you.Enjoy. Prices really make it the right choice.

3 different visits, same sandwich every time, and got wrong every time, tables are not clean, many employees just standing around, can't believe they are still open, will go elsewhere!!

Went in to pick up my order said “thank you” guy just gave me a dirty look and walked away. I said with it being the holidays most people say think you instead of giving crappy looks. As I was pulling out the lot a brown haired girl who was working came to the window and flipped me off with both hands. I’ll not be going back I’ll spend my money with people who appreciate it.
