The sub I ordered online was ready when they said it would be. Hot and cooked to perfection. They have a new whole wheat bread and I enjoyed it. I love the Italian sub and also the teriyaki. I just don't like how they have Pepsi products. My husband picks up door dash from here to deliver and they are always prepared.

I used to like Penn Station (I mean it was never more than just a fast food cheesesteak place, but sometimes that's all you're looking for), but the last few times I've been there, the cheesesteaks have been too salty.

We were greeted in a friendly manner. The sandwiches were made to order & super delicious:-) The staff was nice & the restaurant was clean!
This makes me so very sad, but I just can’t anymore. Every DoorDash is wrong, every order in person is wrong and long to wait. 8 employees just standing and waiting when I just walked in. (Outside those cooking.) I clarified 3x that my sandwich didn’t have honey mustard and yet again, honey mustard. There is legit no point anymore. Why? Just why? (Those who love honey mustard, “Get it!” Lol, just please don’t put it on a sandwich that I have.) Please listen to the customer. Please double check the order slip.There are better small businesses around with more accurate and better options.

Remember when PS was awesome? They cut back the portions so much the past couple years. Cut back portions but raised prices, of course. I've been to 3 PS is the past 7 months or so. All have greasy floors, 2 had disgusting bathrooms, and they all had dirty tables. Give your hard earned money to someone like 5 Guys. At least you'll leave full.

Food was great, service was great. But we sat down to eat around 7:30pm tonight and some girl started rudely moving chairs and tables around as if they were about to close. My husband and I couldn't even have a conversation she was being so loud. Plus, she picked up the rug by the front door and waved it around right by our table where we were eating....gross! She kept making weird eye contact with us too as if we were the issue. Not the atmosphere I would want to eat in again.

I ordered online. I created a sandwhich after reading what comes on the Dagwood. The options only said to select your meats. When I got home there were only meats... no cheese or veggies and when I called they said they were aware of the system and that it was neither their or my fault. I'm getting refunded for this sandwich. However... it seems neglectful to me that you are aware of the system and it's flaws, and when orders like this come in you don't call and ask. I worked in a restaurant for years, when you get an odd online order YOU CALL. You double check before wasting your time and theirs. This was my first and last time ever having Penn Station. Go to JimmyJohn's.
