So the staff of 3 associates must either all get dropped off for work, walk to work or purposely park their cars across the street to give off the vibe that they’re not open.
The tinted windows hide the interior lights so well.
They are doing a great job not looking open for business.
I hope the lease isn’t too much for this building and land for the always vacant parking lot.
Pizza Hut headquarters: sell this property and open in a strip mall for carry out only. No one dines in this leftover 1979 Pizza Hut from their hey-day.

Great food, bread sticks are always to die for and very kind people behind the counter
After waiting more than an hour for food after checking in we were told they missed our order and would have to remake it. We were on lunch at work and couldn't wait, but were told he couldn't issue a refund. Wasted an hour and got no food. This is not the first time our orders have been more than an hour late. Probably not worth your time to order

I don’t understand what happened here, they slung it in the box, the pizza crust is doughy, you can’t really tell but it looks like a foot print is in the breadsticks.
The African girl was being rude, white girl seemed to dumb to know what’s going on.
I do not recommend going here, they need to close it down.

We ordered lunch for our employees today, only to arrive at 11:00 am to find the store locked and closed? There were no cars in the parking lot and no signs indicating a closure today so I can only assume everyone called in. (We called Pizza Hut's main number and they advised that the store was supposed to be open, but after attempting to reach out themselves, it appeared no one was in. We were also told that in order to receive a refund for our order that we'd need to go to the store another day when they were open to have the matter addressed.)
I understand that things can happen last minute but it's a bit frustrating that we were still able to order online and pay for the order, but now need to make the time to go back to address the issue of a refund.
I recommend calling this location to confirm that someone is in before ordering online.

I went in the 125 S Franklin Pizza Hut today and waited almost an hour for me food , which I did not leave with. When I arrived I was told my order had not even been placed yet I called 20 minutes prior to arriving at the store. I then placed an order inside and was told that there was 6 orders in front of mine, which wasn’t that big of a deal, I then proceeded to watch 13 other customers get served their food and I still hadn’t gotten mine. I asked the cashier where my food was and he proceeded to tell me that my order had been bumped off the screen but wasn’t made. I waited an hour in total for my food and left empty handed. It took the cashier almost 10 mins to get me my refund. Very poor customer service. I will never go here again.
