Saturday, August 9th. 2025 The lady that was working in there was by far the most incompetent person I have ever dealt with. Didn't know how to use the computer and took just shy of 18 minutes to take our order over the phone for three pizzas and some wings. No. Exaggeration almost 18 minutes.. then when I get there to pick it up she said her computer messed up again and she wanted to know what was that order so they had to make the whole thing. She tried to repeat the order to me and it wasn't even close. As I waited another 15 minutes when I got the order. Guess what wrong again?. She obviously didn't know what she was doing and should not have even been there. In the past the food has been decent here and the service has been Fair. So I'll give credit where credit is due. But this experience wasn't just frustrating. It was a master example of incompetence and complete disorganization. You could not try to screw things up as bad as it was. Completely unacceptable. I'm pretty sure for $70 that she didn't even charge me correctly. Hopefully things get better. I'm hesitant to try again.

What pizza place closes at 9pm on the weekends? Tried to place an order online and was denied at the end because of the store hours. Guess I'll order some where else.

Pizza Hut in Ellettsville Pizza has been excellent every time I've ordered from this location. The pan crust has been perfect and it's like having a bread stick at the end of your slice. Definitely worth giving them a check and has some great deals in the app!!!

Been a long time since I had pizza hut. Everything came out great. Best economy pizza in a while.
Tried picking up an order via GrubHub and order wouldn’t show up in their system, waited 15 minutes just to have it canceled, with a dissatisfied customer, the kicker is there were no other orders to be made and 2 employees to make those 0 orders. Pizza Hut, hope you enjoy a negative profit margin.

Ordered pizza at 10:10pm my son spoke to a man at the store, not a call center went to pick and said they couldn't make our order they are closing, even though ordered 20 minutes before close and it wasn't a call center that we spoke to

Order Chicken wings for delivery to send to my house- spent over 43 plus dollars and have not gotten my order. They tell me they tried to call me and lied about that. Also tell me my address is not valid- how is that possible why would I make up and address? When I paid for my food. That doesn’t make sense. Right now at this moment they have taken 43 plus dollars of mine and didn’t deliver any of my food. I regret ordering from Pizza Hut and will never order from this place again. They are rude and they will take your money. Do not order from them. You will regret it.
The people are so very nice here. I recommend this place by all means
