Went there around 1230 for lunch and took forever to restock the pizza buffet like 15 to 20 mn. You seen us come in and pay like start making more food. This is the second time this has happened.

Had the worst experience tonight with the owners daughter. My food was delivered and made completely wrong. I called in to tell them and the employee said they would put my name down so next time I ordered a sub they would make it correct and for free for the mess up. When I ordered it with the owners daughter she continued to tell me there was nothing wrote on paper and that they couldn’t honor it, even though I personally knew the employee that said they would honor it, I spoke with this employee and she called the owners daughter to tell her it was correct, she continued to belittle me on the phone with an attitude and tell me I had two options, come get the food or don’t. When I arrived to get my food the worker was outside on the phone to her parents(the owners) telling them I was rude to her and yelling at her, I had my window down and could hear every word she was ranting about me as the customer. Very very unprofessional and very poor customer service skills. I refuse to support business’ that allow their employees to be on a power trip. All over a $9 sandwich that they made completely wrong the first time and had to be thrown in the trash. DONT RECOMMEND

If you’re ever driving through Ellettsville, you need to stop at the pizza pantry. Great soup, salad, and pizza buffet. Everything we tried was great and for $13 including the drink was a great deal.

Small salad bar and pizza bar option. Pizza at bar went fast and limited choice. Pizza was just ok. Not alot of seating. Probably won't be back.

Good food. Always refilling the pizza buffet. Cheese was gone every time I went to look. People around were pretty loud.

This pizza is good, it reminds me of the pizza I grew up on. The crust is the best. I can easily vote this as one of the best pizzas in the Ellettsville and Bloomington area.

I really enjoy leaving positive reviews (don’t believe me—take a look—mostly five stars). Our family went to Pizza Pantry. It was a disappointing experience. I don’t know if it’s under new management/ownership, but it’s slipping.

Our family bought the buffet. I get times are tough, but the whole time we were there the soup tureens were completely empty (a bummer because I love their soups). There were only a few pizzas brought out the whole time we were there, never any breadsticks, and the salad bar was missing many of the normal garnishes.

One gal was sweet when told about the buffet missing soup, lettuce for the salad, pizza, and breadsticks. However, nothing was done. Went to another young lady and asked about this—oooooh she was rude (her rudeness won this review). I’m assuming they’re short-staffed like so many places, so everything should be understood & forgiven except for the rudeness. It wasn’t a personal attack—we just wanted food other than chocolate pudding (although my boys did NOT complain about this turn of events).

I’ll consider our last & final meal there a one time charitable contribution to a small business.
