I have a terrible experience here .
Customer service is terrible , very bad quality. Because they try to say their explanation that, they want to push that ‘ it’s also customer ‘s fault, not our fault’ .
We do not want Hearing their explanation.
It’s not cool at all.

I’ve never tried Potbelly before, so I decided to order a chicken salad sandwich while I was working today for delivery through a third party service. My order arrived and the sandwich was missing…chicken salad. I have no idea how you forget to put the main ingredient on a sandwich, haha. This obviously was not the fault of the delivery driver and is completely on the restaurant. I was super disappointed as I had been excited to try their chicken salad. I will say the loaded baked potato soup was good and I still have a sugar cookie to try out.

Best sandwich I’ve had in a while thank you so much to the friendly and professional staff.

Chicken salad sandwich and chicken pot pie soup were the best I've had... both were very good... Will be ordering again 😋

Food was very good but had to knock off most of the stars because they do not accept cash here.

I put in an order online and I also ordered a soup. The manager who was on the shift at 3:30 told one of the workers that they were out of broccoli cheddar soup so when I did get my order I checked my bag and my soup cup was half filled although I paid full price for it so I asked one of the guys behind the counter would they be able switch it out for a baked potato soup he asked the manager and she got mad took it from me, slammed it inside the trash and fixed me another cup of soup, which was even less than the 1st cup. I don’t see what the problem was seeing how I come there twice a week and I know the amount that supposed to be served to me for the amount that I pay. It was probably her not knowing that even though I had on headphones I did hear her to tell one of her staff that they were out of broccoli cheddar soup and because I had a to go order and they wrapped aluminum foil around it she probably didn’t expect me to check it right away and see that she cheated proportions. So for her to turn and do the same thing on purpose really showed her ignorance .

Staff your restaurant. Today was a disaster.

Definitely my favorite Potbelly location. Hospitable staff, clean place, and my order is always right. The folks here are doing it

It was the best sub and chicken salad I’ve ever had!! I loved it and I am looking forward to ordering again soon. They really know what they’re doing. I ordered it through DoorDash.

Great subs just wish they were bigger. I ordered the Cubano and it was almost on par with what I had in Miami from actual cubans. Thumbs up to the team

Moved from NYC where subs reign supreme..been here for a while and finally tried Potbellys...hot dayum that's a good sammich...soft bread, great flavor, made quickly to order..best I've had and closest to a Bodega hero I've found...Mac and cheese was okay, better than elsewhere in townA lil pricey though...even in NY a footlong with bacon is only $6 not $16, but I get it, location location location and not much competitionService was quick and friendlyAtmosphere...I mean it's a sub shop, theres chairs and tables...just eat your sammy and go...5/5 though, will return????

I got this Doordarshed and it's the best sandwich I've had in bloomington. This bacon is actually crispy and cooked well instead of cold and soggy like you'd get at another place. Mmmmm. I kinda wanna order another sub.
