Chicken fingers were nicely cooked, moisty, not so crunchy on the outside but better than average. Without the sauce, it needs more seasoning. Sauce was a bit salty for my taste. A spicier flavor may be better. Lemonade was better than other options. Atmosphere was nice.
I will say i love canes in general im from iowa and they have always been the best but once i came to this location i was very very disappointed the staff wasnt all that friendly and the chicken seemed under cooked or old the fries were totally nasty way to much salt and the bread was cold over all canes is the best but this location has made me turn away

Good chicken fingers and fries. The coleslaw is not my favorite, so I get an extra piece of toast instead. Service is quick and restaurant is always clean.

I honestly don't get the fuss about this chicken. Let me be very clear there is nothing wrong with the chicken fingers that they serve, they taste good but there is absolutely nothing remarkable about them. It's fast food chicken fingers, served plain with "Canes Sauce" which as best I can tell is some kind of ketchup & mayo hybrid. The menu is basic, it's pretty much the same item in larger or smaller quantities served with some combination for slaw, Texas toast and fries. Honestly if i have a gripe the fries are pretty unremarkable.The establishment is clean, the service is fine, but it is essentially one consistent but otherwise unremarkable item of plain chicken fingers and plain fries. I recognize as a chain they serve the same stuff nationwide but it would be great if they had some sauces like BBQ, Buffalo, etc that you normally associate with Chicken.I've eaten here several times and the food is just fine, I wouldn't seek it out and maybe it's just my taste for more seasoning and spice, or variety on the menu. This is a consistent fast food product akin to a burger from McDonalds except it's chicken fingers and ONLY chicken fingers, if you want Chicken Fingers this is your place, if you want a little more flavor take a left or right out of the door and you will find 2 options about 1 block in either direction that better meet that need. Nothing terrible in terms of experience or food quality, just nothing noteworthy.
