We were impressed with the service and how the hosts handled difficult circumstances. The food was amazing!!

Food was really great! It was graduation weekend so they were packed but we were seated on time and our server, though really busy did a wonderful job!

Host stand seemed in disarray. 3 people working in but had to wait 15 minutes past reservation for our table in a half full restaurant. Crispy Brussels sprouts and crab queso were both good. Lobster in the lobster roll was overcooked as were the scallops. Our waiter was attentive and did a nice job of checking in.

Have had a lot of lovely meals here in the past. Jay was quite helpful when we had dinner the other night.

Our food was good our service was well not the best this time usually we get good service but apparently servers called in so it was short-staffed I took a while to get a few things that we had asked for but all in all I would recommend this place

The food was great. Went around 3 pm, and the restaurant was fairly empty, so the staff was VERY quick and helpful. Our server was a great guy and helped us without issue. Being a gay man myself, I always enjoy having gay servers because I guess I feel more secure and comfortable with them, so he was wonderful.

Kid-friendliness: Red Lobster is very kid friendly and has a kids menu for families to use.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, they have wheelchair ramps, handicapped parking, and other ADA needs.

There was a 30 minute wait Sunday at noon, but they were short staffed. Emma was a kind hostess, who was also bussing. Lizzie was an excellent, personable, honest waitress. She knew things were taking longer, but she made it more bearable. The food
was excellent. The 4 of us ordered completely different dishes and they were all delicious.

It was a little too warm in there. Our server Kyle was amazing. Very polite and answered the couple of questions I had and was very kid friendly to the kiddos.

Kid-friendliness: He was very nice to my 10 yr old granddaughter and made her feel comfortable to to interact.
