Best burger in btown. Sweet potato fries are great and they filled them up for free. Nice size bar good layout.

We were sat late in the evening, nearly had the place to ourselves. The bartender was also our server. He happily made the trek to our table for all of our needs. Bottomless side dish and an epic burger.

Came to an almost empty restaurant the waiter was not knowledgeable about what his job was supposed to be. Brought out appetizers missing sauces. I had to send back my burger twice due to not being made correctly. I asked for well done both times it was really pink. Came out to almost 80 dollars for two adults and two kids. Both kids got Mac n cheese that was barely warm. Overall a terrible experience and not at all what we expected as our previous visits were pleasant. Will not be coming back anytime soon unless we see better reviews. Total mess there was also gnats flying around our table.

The issue we encountered was not with the staff or even the atmosphere. It was the final bill. We ordered an appetizer, 3 hamburger meal and and 3 sodas all came to $72.80 and a $10.00 tip. $82.80 thats rediculous. The food was ok at best but certainly not worth the prices. If we would have realized beforehand we definately would not have came here.

My experience at dinner was absolutely horrible. We waited over five minutes to be seated in an almost empty restaurant. I almost left—and I wish I had. The waitress was nice, but the food took over an hour to come out. Again, the restaurant was nearly empty. To make matters worse, my bill was incorrect; they charged me twice for one meal. I had to wait a long time before I could flag down my waitress to have it fixed. All in all, I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon.

The staff (bartender and server) was unknowledgeable about their own inventory and rude about their own ignorance.
I guess help such as this is all this restaurant could hire. Good, capable help is scarce post covid.
Love Red Robin, but certainly not this one run by college kids. Got up, walked out and spreading the word.

Food is usually good. Service is definitely not the best and it's not that the servers are rude it's more like you have to wait forever to order sometimes even though they're usually not busy.

Staff were great: fast, friendly, and helpful. The restaurant was clean and the decor was updated and fresh. The food was a bit subpar. My chicken bites were very salty and one of our party's veggie burger was overcooked and black. Finally, the cheese dip with our pretzel bites was over microwaved to the point there was a hard crust around the edges.

Bad experience for our group overall. When we got there, the ac unit was dripping water down onto our table. Once we moved we got our silverware and drinks, the silverwear was dirty with a piece of food still on the fork, and the cup that our drink was in had a lipstick stain on it.

Let me start this review by saying i am standing outside a gas station bathroom door less than 15 minutes away because less than 15 minutes after leaving my son was vomiting and having diarrhea.
Food wise, this was the absolute worst experience I've ever had. And that's a pretty bold statement.
My side had mold all over it, i waited 20 minutes to get a replacement side.
My son's food seemed fine but obviously was not, cause here i stand waiting outside a gas station bathroom.
The waitress was friendly and efficient. But unfortunately she cannot fix the bad that happened tonight.

We went for my daughter's 10th birthday duringthe week, and the food and service was great. The waiter had everyone sing their happy birthday song to her. She loved it
