If you have allergies, do not eat here!! I've lived in many places and I've always trusted Red Robin for my allergy safety. In the past two weeks, this location has messed up my order twice in ways that have cast serious doubt upon their allergy protocols. Once I flagged my meal for a gluten allergy and it came out with croutons; the second time I received a delivery order with a side that I had not ordered, and which also contained gluten, despite my having flagged again a gluten allergy.

What is most concerning about these instances is that they indicate a lack of training on the part of the kitchen. It's great that they have everything labeled, and that they have the allergy marker -- they really do go further than nearly every other burger spot. But if a line cook is making a burger with a gluten free bun and then puts gluten croutons in the same container, that indicates a lack of education & protocol around food safety. To make matters worse (and what prompted me to write this review), both times, when I contacted the store about solutions (either a refund or remaking the meal, both reasonable), the managers got defensive about their allergy protocols, were not understanding/empathetic about the risk & situation, and made no effort to reassure me that it was a big deal / would not happen again.

1. No kidding, this American restaurant with all-you-can-eat side dishes is very cost-effective.
2. The interior design is distinctive and the environment is bright and spacious
3. The service attitude is super good (can even speak Chinese!!)
4. The burger is very delicious and a good size
5. The toilet is kept very clean and has no odor
6. Child seats are provided
7. If you have a chance to see the mascot wearing a red bird costume walking around the store, remember to take a photo with it.

The staff here are wonderful. The food is always fresh and I love the endless root beer floats. We usually order a burger each and then split/trade because they're all so delicious.

My first visit to Red Robin Gourmet Burgers was an incredible experience! I went there with my husband and from the moment we walked in, the service and hospitality were outstanding. The staff was super friendly and attentive. They make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our meal.

What made the visit even more special was the manager personally coming over to greet us because it was our first time dining there. To top it off, we were treated to free fries and a complimentary appetizer, such a generous and unexpected surprise!

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the team went above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience. I highly recommend Red Robin not only for their delicious food but also for their exceptional customer service. We’ll definitely be back!

Been here several times because the burgers are so good and you can't go wrong with all you can eat fries. Only complaint about the food is that the burger sometimes comes undercooked/pink even if you ask for well done. Service is usually pretty bad. Even though I've never seen the place crowded, servers often take a very long time to do anything. One time, a family was seated at the table next to us but ended up leaving after ten minutes because their server never even showed up to ask for drinks and appetizers. This also makes getting more fries or drink refills non-existent. Most recently, my burger came very undercooked, so I waited for our waitress to come for me to get it fixed; after about 20 minutes of waiting, I finally asked another waitress who was passing by. She spoke to someone, and the manager came to explain and eventually brought a new one, but our waitress never showed up after we received our food (paid with Ziosk).

I went there and didn't even get a seat because all the employees were sitting in the back of the restaurant talking and having a good time.

Winter on Veterans Day to take advantage of the free Red Robin Burger on whichever one it is. The burger was cooked just right, the fries were good, the service was good. The atmosphere was okay. I guess I mean it's a it's a franchise burger joint.

Good Red Robin experience. Went for my birthday. The staff was great and friendly. Unfortunately prices are really high and not a place to dine as often as in the past. Food quality has gone down a little as well. They have fewer staff as well which makes things noticeably slower. Not to fault this location, it's like that everywhere.
