The burger was good, albeit a little greasy, and I really like the bottomless sides. I got the garlic fries and they were delicious. The service, however, wasn't great. It might have been the server we had, but in spite of the restaurant being mostly empty, we had to wait for refills and at one point, we had to ask another server for help. I almost didn't tip very much, but I know that restaurants don't pay servers a good wage. I hope my next visit is better.

Adelle gave the most insane (in a good way) service I have ever had at an establishment!!!!Was having an off day due to the eclipse traffic and whatnot, and her smile and service really just switched all of that around!!! Left with a giant smile and a full tummy :))Thanks again!!!!!!!!

Food was good but our waitress Adelle was amazing. She was super attentive. My boyfriend ordered iced tea and she came back out to tell us it seemed watered down so she was going to make a new batch. She was super helpful with questions and with adding things to our order after the fact. She totally made the experience. (Everyone else was also super friendly)

Red robins aren't always amazing but the last time I went I was in love with everything. The server was nice, though didn't ask if I needed a refill at all after it was empty.Food was so good though 2 of us got burgers the other a chicken sandwich, we all loved our food. My no pink burger was cooked perfectly and was still so juicy.

Purchased an order of pretzel bites with beer cheese and when I received the order I was VERY disappointed to see that I only received HALF a VERY SMALL container of beer cheese to dip my 12-15 pretzel bites in.ALSOMy girlfriend the royal burger and found a HAIR in her burger that DID NOT belong to her and couldn't stomach to eat anymore of the burger.VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED RED ROBIN. SHAME ON YOU.
