I was in a rush on my lunch break and decided to place an online order at the Westplex location. When I arrived, my meal was made right then so it was fresh off the press. It was still warm when I arrived at work and was literally end to end flavor. I made many co-workers jealous when they walked through and saw my lunch! Definitely would love to grab a few platters for our teachers in the future-they would be a HIT!

If I could give 10 stars I would... I'd been communicating with Tony, Jon, and Mitch planning for box lunches for 33 people. They have an excellent system of sending a link that is specific to the group that can be shared with each attendee so they can place their order. When I picked up, all 33 boxes were labeled with the intended name and all as ordered. From the coordinator's standpoint the service, communication, and accuracy was outstanding. From the consumer's perspective the lunches were delicious! Thank you Roly Poly!
My friend and I went and got 2 wraps. Workers were friendly and helpful. Food was great my wrap had a little too much sauce and squeezed out the ends but was still very good.

Ordered a takeout sandwich while I was in town for work. Got a half sandwich with chicken and turkey and a couple sauces. The sandwich was technically made right (though I received a whole sandwich instead of a half) but there was more water from the turkey than there was any hint of sauce. I could tell they had added them to the sandwich by looking at it but it was the absolute bare minimum. With the lack of sauce I was left with what was essentially a warm turkey and chicken sandwich which was edible but mediocre. I appreciate that I was given more food than I paid for but I would rather have had a half sandwich made well than a half-hearted full sandwich. It's especially bad considering I just visited Picklemans yesterday and had a wonderful sandwich so the experience was still fresh in my mind and made this experience even more disappointing.
The owner seems receptive so I'd love to give them a chance to make it right again but I only come into town a couple times a month and i don't usually eat when I do come down here.
