This place slaps. We had a variety of dishes. Must have been Jeremy working because the Jeremy's special was amazing. Probably the best gluten free and vegan dish in town. Also enjoyed the drunken noodles. Very fragrant and flavorful dishes. I think the chicken pho has healing properties. Fresh and delicious, really nice guy was running the front and helped us decide what to order. Thanks a lot!

We were here for lunch, and it was both tasty and incredibly friendly. They are very conscious of allergens (gluten, peanuts) and vegan cooking. The chef sounds very passionate about his cooking, and it shows.

Lots of gluten-free options. Easy to find on their online menu, and the staff is informed and helpful.

I never order anything but their banh mi's, not because I have anything against the rest of their menu, but because their banh mi's are just amazing. The bread they use is tasty and has a nice crust to it, the ingredients used for the filling are great, and the varieties of flavors they offer mean you can never really get bored with them. I also love their iced coffees and teas, and their fries are good. I love the family business feel of the restaurant, and when I worked near downtown it was my go-to lunch spot, both for carry-out and dine-in.

I wanted to like this place way more than I did. The service was amazing and the atmosphere was great. The food was just okay. I had a vermicelli salad bowl with beef and it had little to know flavors. The salad used was too big and the entire dish was mediocre. Perhaps I didn’t get the best dish on their menu.

Manager was a weird guy. As soon as I walked walked in he was cursing up a storm and proceeded to give me way more information than I wanted. I just wanted a sandwich, and it turned out to be incredibly mediocre.

I always make it a point to go to Rush Hour when I'm in town. Their lemongrass Banh Mi is my favorite food ever.

Best vegan Bahn Mi and Pho. I also love their version of Laksa which they call Peace, Love, and Coconut noodle soup. Most dishes are customizable because everything is made fresh. Updated from previous review on 2024-02-29

This is NOT an authentic Vietnamese kitchen. The pho is Awful ! The white non-Vietnamese chef has not mastered how to make the most important broth for pho. But the banh mi is a little more edible. The service, however, is Very good.

Horrendous quality in 2024. Ordered the Pho and the soup was very obviously just watered down. The meatballs were actually frozen Italian meatballs from the store instead of the Vietnamese style ones you'd expected. Not even an exaggeration. They actually are. Beef was overcooked and were clumped in balls. The restaurant used to be alright before, but this is just sad now. I ordered doordash, but while I might expect less food or it being cold, the quality should at least be the same. Never ordering from this place again. Also they have severely reduced the amount of food you get.
