I really love their açaí. It is delicious, and the employees are always kind. A couple of weeks ago, they even called to let me know they were out of bananas and offered blueberries instead, which I really appreciated.

However, today (around 2:15 p.m.) I ordered online and noticed when I got home that they were out of cocoa nibs but hadn’t let me know. The chocolate drizzle and strawberries were also poorly served this time very little of both. On the other hand, it did seem like there was a full banana.

Overall, I still really enjoy their açaí, but I hope they can maintain the same level of care and consistency each time since I’m a frequent customer.

I placed an order through the Smoothie King app yesterday and was charged, but when I arrived, the store was closed. I submitted feedback through the website and asked for someone to contact me, but no one ever did. I’m sure this review will include a generic response encouraging me to submit feedback on the same site I submitted feedback yesterday.

Today, I’ve called this location over ten times with no answer, and I still haven’t received a refund. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a product I never received and then be ignored when trying to resolve it.

I do not recommend this location until they improve their communication and accountability.

I want to love this Smoothie King, but every visit feels like I’m signing up for disappointment with a side of sadness. On multiple occasions, my smoothies have been nothing more than flavored water—if I wanted a $10 cup of Gatorade, I’d go to a gas station. Açaí and double almond butter should be thick and rich, not thinner than a hotel lobby coffee.

Service? A disaster. I’ve stood around for over 20 minutes because only one poor employee is left on the front lines while management hides like they’re running a ghost kitchen. And just when I thought it couldn’t get worse, I tried to give them another chance—only to find, once again, they were “closed” for orders during business hours. At this point, I’m convinced this location is part of a social experiment on how far customers can be pushed before they lose their sanity.

This may be the worst-run business I have ever encountered in my lifetime. Smoothie King, I’ve loved you for 20 years, but this location is a betrayal. It’s not a smoothie shop, it’s a time sink where fruit goes to die and customers leave questioning their life choices.

I was 1st in line and waited 25 mins before leaving with nothing. The ladies behind me left 5 mins before I did with nothing. I was quiet and courteously waiting. A guy walked in and up to the counter beside me. The server asked him what he wanted and I left the place completely unsatisfied. Thursday, Sept. 25, 2025 at 1:45 pm.

The smoothies are always great, however.. the past few times I've been, there is only one person working. I know they are doing their best and they are always positive, but the company needs to step up and get them more help.

I visit this Smoothie King regularly and have always appreciated the friendly staff and quality smoothies. However, I’ve noticed that the store often seems understaffed. Employees are frequently left alone in the store, trying to keep things running with little to no help. There are usually boxes, trash, and dirty dishes out, and the wait time can be 10–15 minutes for simple orders. It’s clear these kids are doing their best, but they need more support. I hope management steps in to provide better staffing, it would make a big difference for everyone.

I was very disappointed with this store. I waited almost 20 minutes for my smoothie. There was only one person working while a manager was not helping while he noticed we were waiting. I doubt I will be back, it’s not the first time.
