I always come here early in the morning and the people working the window brighten my day. Especially the male cashier with brown hair (sorry I didn't catch his name!), I always leave the drive thru with a smile and it really helps set my day of work up for success. Also, all the drinks are hot and always made correctly. This is definitely the best Starbucks in Bloomington, thanks for always making my morning!

The app wont let you use a gift card and another form of payment, instead it forces you to reload the giftcard with a minimum of $10.
So if you have $10 of giftcard and an $11 order you need to add another $10 to your giftcard to cover the last $1.
Completely anti consumer practice.

It took them 7 minutes to finish bagging my order that was already ready, they couldn’t be bothered to even let me know (I had to look over the counter & grab it from behind the counter), and my wrap was cold. It’s easily the WORST Starbucks in Bloomington.

High school kids take over the place. It’s impossible even with sound block technology to concentrate. Super loud around 3pm weekdays try to avoid it if you are looking to work or study

I was in for a 7:45 stop it was very nice. Staff was very warm and welcoming. Got a Happy Thanksgiving and gave one back to all. Everything was done well. Even with the busy lines the crew moved orders along quickly.
