I was in for a 7:45 stop it was very nice. Staff was very warm and welcoming. Got a Happy Thanksgiving and gave one back to all. Everything was done well. Even with the busy lines the crew moved orders along quickly.

The parking lot is ridiculously dirty and uncared for. The side of the building where the drive thru is filthy.. It's a 50/50 chance I'll get my drink made properly and the staff isn't always pleasant especially if you try to explain that your drink isn't made properly.

Parking: Dangerous drive thru. Cars exiting the building go to the right of the drive thru, hard to see them, i almost hit someone when pulling away from the window!
I specifically indicated on the menu that I wanted coconut milk added, but the staff didn’t include it. Also, I didn’t ask for the dried strawberries to be removed, but they were removed without my consent. This is really frustrating, and I would like a partial refund as compensation.
