Out of all of the Starbucks that are here in Bloomington, Indiana this particular Starbucks is hands-down the nicest and friendliest of all of them.

Parking: Dangerous drive thru. Cars exiting the building go to the right of the drive thru, hard to see them, i almost hit someone when pulling away from the window!
I specifically indicated on the menu that I wanted coconut milk added, but the staff didn’t include it. Also, I didn’t ask for the dried strawberries to be removed, but they were removed without my consent. This is really frustrating, and I would like a partial refund as compensation.

So frustrating when you have hours posted and close 5-10 minutes early - and there is someone inside! Would give zero stars if possible
The parking lot is ridiculously dirty and uncared for. The side of the building where the drive thru is filthy.. It's a 50/50 chance I'll get my drink made properly and the staff isn't always pleasant especially if you try to explain that your drink isn't made properly.
This is a despicable and humiliating way to treat your customers. I had to ask for a code to use a bathroom. This will be the last time I ever come to a Starbucks again.

Staff are great. I went here specifically to buy a guitar. Patrons drinking coffee were further soothed by the symphony of chords presented by a Taylor GT Urban Ash model.Also I get coffee and work on school work here. It's a very nice location though usually quite busy.

i go here daily, it was my favorite up until today when a lady proceeded to escalate the situation instead of hand, me my drink when i placed my order 15 minutes ago & could see it in the drive thru line. her service was very unprofessional, and although she thought she was being slick, the only thing she did was make Starbucks lose a loyal customer and ran up the drive-through times. my problem more than anything was the attitude in the entitlement as somebody who has worked in fast food for four years you do not speak to a customer like that.
