Staff are great. I went here specifically to buy a guitar. Patrons drinking coffee were further soothed by the symphony of chords presented by a Taylor GT Urban Ash model. Also I get coffee and work on school work here. It's a very nice location though usually quite busy.

i go here daily, it was my favorite up until today when a lady proceeded to escalate the situation instead of hand, me my drink when i placed my order 15 minutes ago & could see it in the drive thru line. her service was very unprofessional, and although she thought she was being slick, the only thing she did was make Starbucks lose a loyal customer and ran up the drive-through times. my problem more than anything was the attitude in the entitlement as somebody who has worked in fast food for four years you do not speak to a customer like that.

I was staying with friends in Bloomington but they don't have coffee in the house so we drove over to this Starbucks so that I could get my caffein fix. The queue (line) for the drive in was quite extensive so we drove all around the place, parked in the free car park and walked in to my order of a large latte. You now have to ask for sugar/sweetener which is fine except the choice is so extensive it can be confusing. And they didn't have my usual brand of sweetener. Never mind. Service was prompt and given with a smile. All good.

THEY ASK FOR TIPS IN THE DRIVE THRU, I’m driving a 1995 Saturn and this man with pink hair is asking for money. Who tf am I to pay for ur salary and hair dye. And I tipped him anyways on top of my 6.45$ large frappe cause he had the nerves to hold that card reader in my face asking for a tip when I’m driving a piece of garbage

Best Starbucks in Bloomington. Room inside to sit down and do laptop work. Friendly staff and clean. And near ALDI'S.

WHY in the name of all that is humane would you lock your bathrooms with codes?? What are your customers? cattle? It's degrading and against everything I thought starbucks stood for. What happened to inclusion and humanity? This is just sad. I'm so incredibly angry and disappointed.

Want to thank you for what you done. I have had a crummy day today. A co- worker took orders from some of us. She brought back the order and passed them out. Right when I went to take a drink, there was a little sticker on the lid of the cup. It read, "You're a star". Lifted so much off my shoulders and out of my chest. Thanks so much for the little things you do, that are the greatest.

I regret to report an appalling experience at Starbucks. This visit not only led to severe health repercussions due to poor hygiene practices but also highlighted an utter disregard for customer well-being and safety. Firstly, the lack of basic hygiene standards at this Starbucks branch was blatantly evident. The entire ambiance reeked of neglect, with tables and floors being visibly filthy. It was distressing to witness the level of uncleanliness in an establishment that serves food and beverages. Such negligence is not only unsanitary but also poses a severe health risk to patrons. To my dismay, I discovered not one, but three pieces of hair in the drink I ordered. This revolting discovery not only ruined the beverage but also posed a serious health hazard. Finding foreign objects in consumables is entirely unacceptable and highly concerning, as it not only compromises hygiene standards but also raises questions about the overall quality control measures in place. As someone with known allergies and sensitivities, I was alarmed by the lack of consideration for customers with dietary restrictions or health conditions. Starbucks prides itself on offering a wide array of drink options, yet the absence of proper allergen information or guidance from the baristas is disappointing. Individuals with specific health conditions like acid reflux, lactose intolerance, or gastrointestinal sensitivities deserve better transparency about the ingredients used, and this Starbucks location failed egregiously in providing that essential information. This experience not only led to extreme discomfort due to my health sensitivities but also left me deeply concerned about the safety and well-being of other customers who might face similar issues.

The coffee is amazing,The customer service is finaminal. They are always smiling. I love seeing that. Always very friendly.Vegetarian options: There's a variety of selections on the menu. You can also request for things to be made to fit you best.Dietary restrictions: You can have it made with or with out dairy. They have coconut milk, several others like oatmilk, dairy free.Parking: They have plenty of parking, but the drive-through I's always busy. But they are wonderful about getting through the line. Your wait is very little.Kid-friendliness: Yes, they have several drink options. The vanilla Frappuccino seems to be a hit.Wheelchair accessibility: There are a few I noticed would be wheel chair accessible. There were a couple I noticed would be kind of hard. To get in and out.

Always fast, and good, consistent quality! I went here so much in High School, and would order ahead, and my order was almost always ready by the time I get there (about a 7 minute drive). I recommend ordering ahead, especially in the morning because they're slammed in the drive through! If you order ahead you're much more likely to be on time, if you're in a hurry. ALSO park in the back lot or you will get parked in. I got yelled at as a 16 year old in HS by a man parked in the drive through behind me, not a fun experience and I was late, simply because I couldn't pull out.Parking: The front parking lot is a nightmare because the drive-thru line is almost always slammed, so you will get stuck. Park in the back lot!

Amazing service and fast. I was having a terrible morning and the man from Louisiana and is a Scorpio truly turned my whole day around. I wish I got his name, but his energy is amazing and if you have the pleasure of interacting with him, guaranteed you'll leave smiling.
